Villa with 2 living quarters. The villa is on a 1200 m² property with large terraces in the 'Mas Tomasi' community on Costa Brava near the medieval city Pals, on a hill, surrounded by stone pine forests and meadows, about 3 km from the beach. You have a fantastic panoramic view of the Bay of Pals with the Medas islands in the foreground. There is a beautiful palm garden with sitting arrangement. The pool and palm garden are for private use. The partially covered terrace, pool and palm garden are in front of the residence. Sun beds and plenty of seating as well as a grill are provided. There are many places of interest in Pals and the surrounding area.

The medieval, beautifully restored Pals has romantic lanes and where concerts are held in the small old church during the peak season. Playa de Pals is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Costa Brava: kilometre-long, often flat way into the ocean, then shallow, fine sand. There are water sport activities, a beautiful golf course not far from the beach, tennis courts, horse riding, mini-golf, flights with light metal planes and places to hike in the forest. In addition to nearby Pals, the cities of Palafrugell, Toroella de Montgri and Estartit are 8-16 km away, there are also places there to have fun. There is a marina and pleasure boat in Estartit.
