Welcome to Munich near the very heart of the probably most charming big city of the good old Europe. You will have a very comfortable stay. The apartment has 2 rooms, a kitchen and is spacious enough (about 60 square metres) for 4-5 persons. It is located just 2 stops from Marienplatz, the very heart of Munich and also just 10 minutes walking distance to the Oktoberfest or in other direction to the Isar River. Sleeping facilities for 4 adults One bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m and the very comfortable sleeping couch (140 x 200) you can see on the pictures. A double bed (160 x 200 cm) is in the bedroom. Supermarkets (also organic) and other shops are within walking distance. There are also reasonable priced unique restaurants.

Our vacation home is quite centrally located in the very trendy Isarvorstadt neighbourhood. Just maximally 15 minutes walking distance to the Oktoberfest, the city centre, the Glockenbach quarter, the Isar river. Several buses and two underground lines take you to everywhere in and around Munich easily.

Parking Situation: Public parking in the streets around is available for a fee of 1 Euro per hour (maximum fee: 6 Euros for 24 hours), Sunday and Bank holidays free. About 5 minutes walking distance starts another residential zone with free parking on the streets. As the apartment has excellent public transportation services (U3, U6, Bus 131, Bus 152, Metrobus 58, Night Bus N40) a car is not necessary.

Green Zone Munich: Green Zone Munich (starting October 1st, 2008). Environmental badge obligatory for green zones in Germany also for vehicles from foreign countries. Purchase your badge prior to your visit to Germany! Rental cars (rented in Germany) should have the badge. Please contact your travel agency. We had a wonderful stay in this holiday apartment in Munich. I must say this is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. It was clean and well maintained, with plenty of crockery, cutlery and other kitchen equipment. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was peaceful and centrally located. Could you also pass on our thanks to Silvia for arranging the taxi for on the last day.

Vielen Dank für Alles! Der Wohnung was ganz toll! Alles Gute! (Gillian & Paul Denvir, Edinburgh) *** Die Zeit in München war echt toll gewesen. Wir sind im Juli übrigens wieder da, leider ist deine Wohnung dann belegt (Holger Baumgardt, Alfter *** 'Wir sind nun wieder zurück im hohen Norden (hier scheint die Sonne!). Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Nochmals vielen Dank und ganz viele Grüße Familie Heimann aus Negenharrie. *** Wir haben mit großem Behagen in Ihrer Wohnung gewohnt. Sie ist als Ferienwohnung perfekt eingerichtet, geräumig und liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Wir werden sie gern Bekannten weiterempfehlen. DIE Wohnung für einen tollen Aufenthalt in München

Wir waren in der Woche vom 30.06.2008 in München und hatten mit dieser FeWo die perfekte Möglichkeit eine so tolle Stadt wie München kennen zu lernen.
Die Wohnung liegt super nah an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn, Bus,...) und bietet alles, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Küche, Bad, Zimmer, Geräte, etc. sind sehr gepflegt und sauber (was uns sehr wichtig war!).
Uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dafür nochmal vielen vielen Dank.

Hallo!
Wie waren eine Woche in München und haben nach negativen Erfahrungen in den dortigen Hotels zum ersten mal eine FeWo ausprobiert.
Hier unser Fazit: die zentrumsnahe Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen - vor allem war alles da was man im Alltag braucht und es war überall sehr sauber.
Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit auch weit über den normalen Service hinaus.
