Our 5 star holiday home is located in peaceful location on the edge of town far form traffic directly on the edge of the forest. Our house has 6 double rooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate WC. In our cosily equipped fireplace room/dining room/living room/kitchen you can experience your holiday in the volcanic Eifel. The house offers space for up to 14 people and is thus also ideal for clubs, hiking groups, short holidays with friends, etc. The house is equipped with a lot of attention paid to detail in a cosy and comfortable manner. The Kylltal bicycle path is nearby. In the outdoor area (5000 m²) you will find our lovely designed grill lodge with a terrace. The large lawn next to our own fishing pond invites you to unwind. There are also a lot of toys for small guests.

Birresborn, in the middle of the most beautiful part of the Kylltal, surrounded by high mountain forests and a volcanic ridge, is 350 m above sea level. Surrounded by Goldberg (523 m), Dachsberg (548 m) and the volcano Kalem, Birresborn hides all of the beauties of the volcanic Eifel. The Kyll is a paradise for fly fishers and known far past the borders of our region. The elevated location of the Schiefer mountains controls the climate of our city. During all seasons, there is a balanced, oceanic-damp middle mountain climate. This balance is seen in wet, mild winters and average summer temperatures. The heights of the Kyll Valley cause stremaing cool sea air for wind and rain catchers.

Das Haus ist absolut spitze. Ruhige Lage und dennoch ist man selbst ohne Auto in ein paar Minuten im Ort beim Bäcker oder Metzger o.ä. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was einen Urlaub erholenswert macht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, sowie Tischwäsche genügend vorhanden. Liebenswert eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Für Familien oder Gruppen mit Hunde oder Kleinkinder ideal, da der sehr grosse gepflegte Garten komplett eingezäunt ist. Wir würden es jederzeit mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Afgelopen september met 8 personen een weekje in de eiffel geweest. Prachtig huis met schitterende tuin. Alles prima in orde, zeer schoon en niet te duur. Kan ook met 10 tot 12 personen worden bewoond. Prima geschikt voor familie's. Als het aan mij ligt kom ik er nog eens terug.
Prachtige wandelomgeving. Men kan er ook uitstekend vliegvissen.
Al met al. TOP.
