This house has retained its traditional Provencal style and is in Valescure, a tranquil villa district of St.Raphael in a traffic-free cul-de-sac on a hillside, on 1200sqm of unfenced grounds, in a Provencal garden with shady trees and a roofed terrace (grill). The pool (10x4m) is not overlooked. The furnishings, Mediterranean and simple, suit the architecture. Every comfort on 2 levels. On the ground floor there’s a living/dining room (open fireplace, satellite TV, German programmes), fully equipped kitchen with access to terrace, 1 bedroom with double bed (200 x 160), 1 bedroom with double bed (200 x 140), small living room with extra bed, bathroom with shower, separate WC, storage room (washing machine). On the first floor a bedroom (A/C) with double bed (200 x 160), gallery, bathroom (bath, WC) and small sun terrace. Parking space, garage and central heating.

St. Raphael is approx. 30 km from Cannes and St. Tropez. This town hast a harbour, beach promenade, and also a picturesque old town with daily market and speciality shops. Valescure (2x 18 hole and 9 hole practice course) golf courses are only 5 min. from the house, the bays around Cannes and sandy beaches around St. Tropez are 15 mins. away, St. Raphael town beach is 10 min. away. It‘s 15 min to the Esterel mountains (hiking, mountain biking, horse riding). Near the golf courses there’s a little shopping centre, and large supermarkets are only 5 min. away. The spectacular mountainous hinterland and Route Napoleon with mediaeval towns is a wonderful contrast to the beach and just right for day trips, as are San Remo or Imperia with their Italian flair. There are various top restaurants nearby.

Wir waren Mitte Oktober mit 3 Kindern für 2 Wochen im Pres du soleil
und haben es in vollen Zügen geniessen können. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und vor allem der Blick vom Eßtisch auf die Terrasse mit dem alten Olivenbaum ist herrlich. Wir konnten sogar den schönen Pool noch nutzen !!
Auffallend war die absolute Ruhe der sehr gepflegten Umgebung in Valescure. Die Betreuung durch den Nachbarn war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Zum Einkaufen ist man auf das Auto angewiesen,aber es gibt diverse große Supermärkte in 5-10 Minuten Entfernung.
Als Ausgangpunkt für ausgedehnte Touren nach Aix, Marseille, Monaco,Haute Provence und natürlich St.Tropez etc. ist die Lage optimal. Auch die kleine Badebucht von St. Agay in der Nähe ( via Golfplatz) hat uns gut gefallen.
Wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen !

Ein Haus mit Ausstrahlung

Vom 13. bis 27. Juni 2009 haben wir zu zwei Paaren herrliche Urlaubstage
in dieser Ferienvilla verbracht. Wir wurden direkt herzlich von der Verwalterin begrüßt, die uns alles Wissenswerte erklärte. Das sehr gepflegte Haus mit den großzügigen und sehr ansprechend eingerichteten Räumen strahlt eine persönliche Atmosphäre aus. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um auch mal selbst ein Menu zu zaubern, und unsere Männer haben uns zwischendurch mit frisch
Gegrilltem verwöhnt.
Auf der romantischen Terrasse in der Morgensonne zu frühstücken oder zu Abend zu essen und den Tag bei einem guten Wein ausklingen zu lassen, haben wir sehr genossen.
Wir haben etliche Ausflüge "die Küste rauf und runter" und auch in die
Berge unternommen. Die Schlucht von Verdon ist sehr beeindruckend,
und unser Tip für eine Rast nach dem Wandern: von der Terrasse des Hotels "Le Grand Canyon du Verdon" hat man eine spektakuläre Aussicht hinunter in die Schlucht.
Eine schöne Sache, mal ganz ohne Auto, ist eine Reise mit dem Zug die Küste entlang bis z.B. nach Monaco.
Nach unseren Ausflügen war dann Entspannung am Pool angesagt.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Feriendomizil verbringen. Es liegt wunderbar ruhig, und trotzdem ist man
schnell in der "City" von St. Raphael oder Frejus.

Für uns ein kleines Paradies

Wir waren nun zum dritten mal in diesem wunderschönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten und grosszügigen Haus. Hier kommt man an, fühlt sich direkt wohl und kann entspannen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig, dennoch kommt man in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt oder an den Strand von Agay und es gibt zahlreiche interessante Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Im schön angelegten Garten gibt es über den ganzen Tag verteilt wunderschöne Plätze im Halbschatten, der Pool ist für kleine und große Wasserratten ausreichend groß und nicht einsehbar.

Die Küche ist im provanzalischen Stil eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die nette Nachbarin steht immer als Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Sehr gerne kommen wir jederzeit wieder!!!

ruhig und schön gelegenes, grosszügiges Haus mit allem Komfort versehen, genügend Raum auch für 6 Personen, einmalige sonnige Morgenstimmung auf der Terasse bei Südostausrichtung, schattenspendende Föhren im Garten. abwechslungsreiche nähere und weitere Umgebung.

Aufgrund der perfekten Wegbeschreibung haben wir das wunderschöne Haus in der angenehmen Umgebung genauso vorgefunden wie beschrieben:sehr sauber, geschmackvoll, idyllisch,
großzügig,ein herrlicher Pool. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der
Nachbarin empfangen und "eingewiesen" ,sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Perfekt für Golfer, Tennisspieler und Wasserratten.Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!!
