A newly built villa (August, 2005) in Paphos district area, near Polis. This romantic private beach villa has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. It is surrounded by lemon trees, mango and avocado trees. Great sea and mountain view. Just 1 minute walk to the nearest beach at Pomos harbour. There you can enjoy fresh fish. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking! The villa has a private swimming pool & outdoor heated jacuzzi & spa for 6 persons.8 wooden sun beds and 5 umbrellas are also available as well as 8 wooden chairs and 2 wooden tables. There is a big backyard with 8 chairs and 2 tables (under the lemon trees) which is suitable for children who can enjoy playing safely. There are 2 very romantic double bedrooms with built beds and long curtains covering them. It has a sea view balcony with 4 wooden chaiselongue chairs where you can relax and enjoy your drinks watching the sunset. In the lounge there is a built fireplace, 3 double and 1 triple sofa and 2 coffee tables (sits 12 persons).

Rental rates for the Votsalo Villa in Paphos region, Cyprus

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are for 1-8 persons occupancy. The prices include all local taxes and expenses of the villa. Air-condition use is optional and is charged at 5.00 EUR per day, per unit. A cot can be provided for an extra person at a fee of 35.00 EUR per adult per day and for children 20.00 EUR per child per day. The Villa will have free wireless connection so you could bring your lab top with you. Maid service is provided once a week and is included in the rental rates. For mid-week maid service there is an extra charge of 30.00 EUR. The pool is heated. The use of the heating system is optional and charged with the amount of 50.00 EUR per day. Minimum period of use: 5 days. Minimum notice of your intention to use the heating system: 3 days.
  
• Booking policy: A non refundable deposit amount (30% of total rent) is payable at the time of confirmed reservation. If the arrival is more than three months from booking time and you will rent the villa for 14 days, instead of the deposit of 30% you may alternatively pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other amount (20%) 3 months before your arrival. You can send the deposit by bank transfer (for that we can send you our bank account) or by Credit Card (Master Card or Visa).The balance can be paid the first or the second day of your arrival at the villa cash or by visa. Cash is preferred. If credit card is used for the payment a 2% administration fee will be added. If the 70% balance amount will be paid 3 months before arrival by bank transfer you get a 5% discount on that.

There is one double bedroom downstairs which has en-suite facilities with shower, a WC and a washbasin. The other double bedroom which is upstairs also has en-suite facilities with a shower, a WC and a washbasin. The two twin bedrooms have a common bathroom, a WC and a washbasin. The one of the twin bedrooms has a sea view balcony with 4 chaiselongue chairs. Downstairs there is an extra WC and an extra washbasin available.

Mobile phone

The villa's mobile phone is provided on your request. This phone works with prepaid cards which you can easily find in many shops around Cyprus. The number will be available to you if you can ask for it at the time of your arrival at the villa.

Directions to the villa from Paphos airport

Drive from Paphos airport until you reach a T junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about 1 km turn right and drive north, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the motorway you will find a roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous. You will arrive at Polis in 25 minutes. From Polis turn right and drive eastward, then you will find the consecutive villages of Argaka, Ayia Marina, Nea Dhimata and Pomos. Drive for about 3 minutes until you reach Pomos harbour. You follow the sign showing Pomos harbour and you turn left. There you can find our sign (Votsalo Villa) which will lead you there. Someone will be waiting for you at the villa.
