Photos and Description of this Denia holiday house

This very nice and comfortable decorated house, situated in a residential area, is only 1,2 km distant from the sea and about 800 m form the centre of Els Poblets. The flat, sunny plot makes your holidays summer and winter enjoyable. All rooms except one bedroom are on the ground floor. The large bedroom upstairs has a showerroom en suite. The hallway with stairway is secluded to the living room / kitchen area; the upper bedroom has no door and can't be overlooked from downstairs. For your dog you have a small, enclosed area with kennel behind the house; so even on your beach day or while you are shooping your dog has its own little stomping ground outside.

The house is situated in a side road in a quiet residential area. To sandy or pebbly beach it is approx. 1,2 km, from Denia to Gandia about 18 km of sandy beaches, in Els Poblets is a 1 km long pebbly beach inbetween the sandy beaches. Free parking places easily available. Ideal for all water sports. Supermarket Super G is only 700 mtrs. distant, Restaurants are close by (400 m to 2 km) and you can go there easily on foot: To the centre of Els Poblets it is about 800 m; to the harbour/Old Part of Town of Denia approx.10 km.

Golf vacation: The beautiful golf resorts 'La Sella' in Pedreguer and 'Oliva Nova Golf' near Oliva are within easy reach by car - approx. 15 minutes. Both have a 5 star hotel with sauna, pool and fitness area.

Hinterland: Within 20 minutes you are in the gorgeous hinterland of the Costa Blanca, with mountains and valleyes. Spectacular hikes are waiting to be discovered. Valencia the 3rd biggest city of Spain is only 1 hour distant, it offers the historic market halls, a wonderful Old Part of Town and breathtaking, modern museums.

Es war ein sehr schönes Haus mit Pool ,Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber.Der Hausverwalter vor Ort war Sehr nett und Hilfsbereit hat uns schöne Urlaubstipps gegeben.

- Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
- Einrichtung, wie beschrieben.
- Sauber und sehr gepflegt.
- Sehr netter Empfang durch Frau Krinner, die sich um alles gekümmert hat.
- Sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe, z.B. Oliva, Gandia, Denia
- Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Auto ist notwendig).
- Sehr empfehlenswert!
