The wonderfully situated, newly built wooden block houses have a wonderful view of the Salzburg Dolomites, as well as the miter and are located directly in the ski resort Dachstein-West (100 m to the slope). Sure of snow slopes and cross-country ski runs, tobogganing, ice-skaiting or horse slide riding – all winter dreams are coming true here. In summer various spare time activities offer a wonderful holiday. Child friendly swimming lakes, signed mountainbike paths and uncountable hiking trails are inviting you. The comfortably arranged houses feature a spacious living/dining room with a chimney, a well equipped built-in kitchen and a shower with toilet on the ground floor. The upper floor has 2 respective 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (tub). The driveway is accessible with cars. A parking space is directly in front of the house.

Notes to the rental rates

• The price refers to 4 people. Each additional person is 10 €, each child under the age of 3 is free. Bed linen and towels are included. Gas, water and electricity and swimming pool is also included.
  
• Final cleaning 80 € and visitor’s tax 1.15 € per person and day (children under the age of 15 are free). Caution money: 200 €.
  
• In case of a booking of less than 4 nights, price on request. At booking 30 % of the lease price are to be paid. The outstanding payment is to be made one week before arrival.
