The Villa has 2 floors. At the first floor you find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The second floor has 2 sleeping rooms with 2 luxurious bathrooms en suite and as well the entrance to the house. The Villa has a fantastic view and is a good starting point for walks in the nature (natural parc Monte de Malaga ). The house is new and very comfortable. The villa is equipped with central heating for the winter season (december and january). The pool has an extraordinary shape.

New villa in Moclinejo/Malaga with fantastic view towards Malaga and the Mediterranean. 25 minutes away form the centre of Malaga, 12 minutes to the Mediterranean and 8 minutes to the golf course. It takes about 25 minutes to the airport. The Village is 700 meters down the hill. Especially the view at night towards Malaga is described in many tourist guides.

tolles Ambiente, atemberaubente Sicht, unglaubliche Lage.
Angaben im Inserat stimmen zu 100%,
Austattung: alles was man benötigt, das Haus war gut gereinigt, die Betreung von Marta vor Ort und durch den Vermieter zuvor waren tadellos.

Ich kann die Villa Axarquia voll empfehlen.

Durch die Nähe zu Malaga sind Tapastouren in der Altstadt oder der Besuch des Picassomuseums zu empfelen.
