Our vacation apartment is located in the garden house of the Villa Elisabeth, Eichenweg 2, 17424 Seebad Herringsdorf. The garden house was completely renovated. The garden was redone in its old style. Our apartment is a 2 minute walk from the Baltic Sea beach in the middle of impressive Wilhelminian style villas between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. It was reconstructed in 2004 and newly furnished. The Baltic Sea thermal springs are about 5 minutes away on foot, the Heringsdorf train station is about 400 m away. In Eichenweg, the bus also stops and it drives through all three emperor spas.

Heringsdorf belongs to one of the three emperor spas on the island. Old Wilhelminian style villas with their elegance characterize this city. The coastal resort of Heringsdorf belongs to the most famous vacation areas in Germany. This is due to the high number of hours of sun on the island of Usedom. After a walk along the 8 km long beach promenade, you can be pampered by the excellent restaurants or go into fancy shops with tasteful textiles and original handicraft offers. The cultural offers include everything from classical music, spa concerts, jazz and entertainment music, theatre events to sport events, also a visit to the casino can be an experience. With the bath train or the bike, you can discover the charming back-country. For hiking enthusiasts, the island is a real paradise. Golfers can also have fun here.

  • Not included in the price is the final cleaning for an amount of € 60.00 and visitor's tax. This is to be paid directly to the management. A security deposit of € 50.00 will be charged and it is to be paid on arrival day. Outside of the season: for a booking with 2 people, discount of up to 25% is possible. Not bookable through us, but rather only directly through the landlord. Please ask for a discount when booking.
  • Bikes, beach seat and an additional parking space can be rented if available. Periodic cleaning and laundry change possible with prior arrangements and for a fee.

Notes: The 3 room apartment is furnished with a lot of charm and exclusive furnishing. The inviting living room is about 30 qm and has a separate dining and sitting corner for 6 people, the old stucco ceilings were beautifully restored. Bathroom, hallway and kitchen are heated with heated flooring. Both of the bedrooms are designed in different colors and furnished, each has its own charm. The beds in the second bedroom are single beds and can be separate upon request. Towels and bed sheets are included (basic furnishing). In the cozy kitchen you will find a dining area for 4 people. In the garden you will find a small wood bench. The parking space (closed) for a car is included in the rental price and upon request and availability, the rental of a second parking space is possible (ask the house manager).

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung. Diese Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Details eingerichtet und liegt zentral im "Feriengebiet". In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und ist kindgerecht eingerichtet.
