Can Sepp is a French country house, in a country side region. It is located in Languedoc, between Montpellier and Nîmes, ca. 20 min. away from the sea and 30 min. from Cevennen. It is rented as a free standing dependence, together with its well kept garden (2800 m²) and the big illuminated pool (13 x 5 m). The large garden seating area with covered pergola and garden barbecue, the terraces, the ping-pong table and a petanque-area, are also available. All the bedrooms have a direct access to the garden, and are independent from the eat-in kitchen and the pergola. In the closed yard in front of the house, there are several parking places.

Can Sepp

Can Sepp can be rented as a vacation house for 6 up to 8 people. All the rooms have WC/shower, and have access to the garden with the private pool (13 x 5 m), pergola and terrace. The large rooms and the good architectural structure of the entire property enable 7 people to comfortably dwell here, in one of the most beautiful regions in South France. The free standing property has 3.800 m² and is located in a large garden, with trees. The lawn is automatically watered. The 30 m deep spring guarantee enough best quality water fort he entire year. The rental rate for 7 people (4 rooms) is from 1.200 Euro per week.

Can Sepp: vacation house and residence

The present owner of the property intends to sell it. The house was built in 1968, and it was extended in 1998. The property with pool is 80 m high, 2.5 km from the small town of Sommières, in Villevieille. The main house (300 m²) consists of an official residence with separate entrance, 2 double bedrooms (bathroom /WC), office, kitchen and a small parlour, and of a rentable part with its own entrance, to the 3 double bedrooms, the big parlour and the eat-in kitchen. The dependence belongs to the rentable part, and it has 3 double bedrooms (WC/shower). The dependence is related to the main house. In the main house, there is a garage (workshop), a washing room and central heating. Thanks to its architectural structure, Can Sepp with 5 to 6 double rooms and a separate official residence can be rented as a vacation residence or as vacation complex. The selling price for the 3.800 m² large property is 820.000 Euro.

The variety of this region is impressive. In the south, there is the large plain of Camargue, with its sandy beaches and numerous lagoons. It is a paradise for the pink Flamingos, wild bulls and horses. You will also discover the picturesque Provence. In the North, you will find the mountainous region of Cevennen with chestnut woods and numerous canyons and valleys. The beautiful region constantly surprises its visitors with something new: Montpellier, Nimes, Arles, Carcasonne, Uzes, Pont du Gard etc. Thanks to its historical monuments and buildings, the region was registered in the Unesco World Heritage Site. This area is also well known for its big wine producers.
