Swimming in the Adriatic Sea: Along the shoreline you will find many opportunities with beach life. The nearest beaches are in Cupra Marittima, Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto, Porto d'Ascoli, Martinsicuro, Tortoreto Lido and Alba Adriatica. The ocean is clear and clean as well as the beaches. You can walk along the whole shore and you might want to rest in one of the many beach bars, ice cream corners, restaurants and fun parks. You can also bike all along the shoreline (more than 20km). The car ride to the beach takes about 30 minutes, there is plenty parking space, many free of charge.

For artists and friends of olive oil: Due to its rank vegetation, the endless rolling hills and the breathtaking light conditions during spring and autumn, the area is very suitable for artists and painters. If you plan to give painting lessons, please let us know early enough in order to prepare everything. It is possible to harvest olives by yourself between mid October and mid November. Watch the very interesting processing in the traditional oil mill and see how your own genuine olive oil is being processed. Why should you buy olive oil of which you don't know the origin and its processing quality when you have the unique opportunity to produce your own olive oil yourself?

Biking and Hiking: The mountains of Monti Sibillini and Gran Sasso (both National Parks) are attractive places to bike and hike, especially during the cooler months in spring and autumn.
