The house is situated directly above a little, fine sandy beach, called 'La Fossette', Inside and outside the house there is a wonderful view to the sea and the mediterranian vegetation of the French Riviera. The surroundings of the house have no traffic. The house as well as the garden are entirely separated from the neighbours and are very private. Le Lavandou (2 kilometres) and many various beaches are reachable on foot, by bike or car.
