You are welcome in our small villa. Even if it is just for a romantic weekend. The care in the Staudenvilla is done by a hotel specialist who pays a lot of attention to cleanliness. Cozy living in 4 spacious, tastefully and individually furnished 1-2 room apartments for 2-5 people with a bath or shower and WC, kitchen or mini kitchen. Satellite TV, telephone and internet access. Upon request, we can serve a rich breakfast (buffet) in our winter garden. Parking options are present. Our small guests can use a large playhouse, bobby cars, wagon, swing and a special sandbox. In our well-kept romantic garden you can enjoy the rays of sun until late in the evening or use the baking house for grilling. Relax in our large sauna in the garden or with a wellness massage. Attractive destinations can be reached in a short amount of time: Legolad 40 min., Augsburg 30 min., Ammersee 40 min., Starnberger See 60 min., the royal palace Neuschwanstein and the Linderhof castle 70 minutes away. We have hiking maps and city plans for Augsburg and Munich. New nature pool 7 km away. With rocks, play stream, caves, beach volleyball field, sandbox area, etc.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Staudenvilla (Vogelnest) und wir müssen sagen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der Garten ist super für Kinder zum spielen und für Erwachsene zum entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber alle Unternehmungen sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Da auch der Empfang super nett und freundlich war, können wir nur sagen: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Waren leider nur drei Nächte hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Mann merkt das sehr viel Liebe in Wohnung und Garten
gesteckt wurde. Alles Sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Können es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Stauden-VILLA ist die treffende Bezeichnung für das Haus.
Rundum haben wir uns über die Weihnachtsfeiertage im "Vogelnest" wohlgefühlt.
Das Frühstück am Abreisetag in einem eigens dafür hergerichteten Wintergarten war der krönende Abschluss.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns im "Vogelnest" vom ersten Moment an sehr geborgen gefühlt. Eine solch idyllische Lage mit derart liebevoll gestalteten Wohnungen und überdurchschnittlich guter Ausstattung, sowie diese wundervolle Garten-Oase sind etwas sehr besonderes. Hier kann man wirklich noch die Seele baumeln lassen, so dass auch ein Kurzurlaub einen echten Erholungswert hat, von dem wir noch länger zehren werden.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!!

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen, vor allem für einen Familienurlaub, mit allem was man braucht.
Ruhig gelegen mit schönem Garten, mit ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei, ...) & viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten von Wanden bis Stadtbesichtigungen ....
