The flat is situated in downtown Budapest in a house that was built at the turn of the century. You can easily discover the inner city on foot from the apartment. The flat is a two-roomed flat on the second floor (elevator in the house). 4 people can easily be accommodated in the apartment (one French bed in one room and two separate beds in the other room), washing machine, shower and basin is provided in the bathroom. There is a fridge with a freezer and oven in the kitchen with a stove and the kitchen is also equipped with a microwave oven. There is internet access and TV with foreign channels in one of the rooms. Next to the house you can shop in the second oldest market of the city of Budapest, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, ready made dishes, Hungarian specialties, pickled vegetables. Two metro lines nearby M2, M3, Bus nr 9 and trolley bus nr 83 as well as tram 4/6 are available.

Great apartment in Budapest

We are so glad to stay in Aron's apartment. Aron was delightful, he was so helpful and the perfect owner to deal with.
The apartment is in a great location, local markets are opposite and the tram only a minutes walk away. The building is so interesting, we loved this as we do not like touristy areas.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, the washing machine and the internet were added bonuses
We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends who may visit Budapest in the future.

Wie bereits in den vergangenen Jahren haben wir erneut bei unserem Freund Aron gewohnt und wie in den vergangenen Jahren haben wir uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Daher ist die Wohnung vorbehaltlos weiter zu empfehlen, wir werden auch im Jahr 2010 diese Wohnung frequentieren, um diese schöne Stadt Budapest, die in den 40er und 50er Jahren so gelitten hat, weiter kennen zu lernen.

Super renovierte, toll geschnitttene Budapester Altbauwohnung. In der Beschreibung wird nicht übertrieben, eher untertrieben. Super sauber, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter steht einem mit Tipps, Rat und Tat zur Seite und ist absolut zuverlässig. Die Lage: einmal umfallen kann man in der Markthalle von den Bauern frisch geerntetes Obst und Gemüse kaufen, der Sparmarkt deneben steht für den Rest zur verfügung. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, was für Wünsche bleiben da noch offen? Wenn wir wieder nach Budapest kommen, dann in diese tolle Wohnung!

Gut eingerichtete und ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Genau richtig für Urlauber, die individuellen Stadturlaub mögen. Zentral gelegen, die nächste S-Bahnstation ist nicht einmal 3 Gehminuten entfernt (Linie 4 und 6 - verkehrt nahezu im 3-Minutentakt). Auch die Metrostationen sind schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für das tägliche Leben ebenfalls "vor der Haustür".
Da kommt man gerne mal wieder!!!

Super-Wohnung

Zentrale ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattet. Einkaufen direkt vor der Haustuer (Markthalle). Mit der Straßenbahn 1.Station "Kaisers" und 2.Station "Spar". Für Rentner kostenloses Fahren mit der Staßenbahn, Bus, Metro und der Bahn. Nur Vorzeigen des Personalausweises noetig.
Noch ein gutes Plus ist der Aufzug im Haus. Sehr nuetzlich, wenn man muede und mit Einkaeufen beladen nach Hause kommt. Freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen ! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
