The house La Pata is located in a peaceful side street in a central location: just a few minutes on foot to the beach, marina and old city with its cosy restaurants, boutiques and modern shopping zones. The 120 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor on the right side of the house. It has: 1 living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully-equipped kitchen, storage room with washing machine, covered balcony, a/c for all rooms, SAT-TV, stereo system, safe. The price communal pool is located on the adjacent street side in an enclosed area.
