This house in Montemar is located in one of the villa parks between Moraira (3km) and Calpe (9km) on a dead end street on a large property on a southwest slope location. From the house you will have a stunning panorama view of the sea and the "Penon de Ifach", the emblem of the Costa Blanca. In a large garden with palm trees, orange trees and flowers you will find a large pool (11x5m) that invites you to go swimming. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. It is about 2km to several small bays. A separate parking space is directly on the property.

Moraira on the Costa Blanca is located in the middle of almond plantations and vineyards. About 75km north of Alicante and about 100km south of Valencia - this location offers guests a diverse coastal landscape. The city has 8km of coasts with beaches for all tastes: open sand beaches, pebble beaches and rock bays. In the city you will find the 400m long beaches of "Playa del Portet" and "Playa del Castell". Moraira has a balanced climate thanks to the protected location. Diverse and interesting excursions are possible to the mountainous backcountry. The marina of Moraira is without a doubt one of the most beautiful marinas in Valencia. This marina is distinguished with the blue flag from the European Union year after year. Moraira was originally an old fishing region. In the meantime, multiple stunning shopping centres offer the possibilities to fulfil the highest demands.
