Photos and Description of this Vir holiday house 2 double-bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 WC, 4 persons (6 persons=couch+ air mattress)

This new house is situated in a new construction area, ca. 400 m off the town, there all shopping facilities. It offers 6 - 8 month sunshine, directly at the seaside (~ 50m). The lot is ~ 500 m2 with some flowers and a parking area. The house consists of a living with table, SAT-TV, Radio,complete kitchen, bathroom, 2 double- sleeping rooms (alltogether ~ 85 m2), terrace ~ 30 m2 with separate WC. The furniture is completely new. Water comes from the cysterne. Water to drink has to be purchased.

The town VIR on the island VIR. ~ 25 km from Zadar. A bridge connects the island. Tourisme is managed by private families, no hotels yet, only private apartments/houses. The infrastructure is ok with bank, shops, restaurants, beaches, post office, market place. Bustransfer to Zadar. The town Vir covers ~ 2km length, Concrete and sandy beaches on both sides of the town, island. Abt. 600 m after the bridge and the VIR entrance plate the road straight richthand into Viric19 road. You follow straight the road until the end where you see on your left hand the new houses. The last road left until the second last house right, at the seaside: Nr. 24 VIRIC-DS. Direct Seaside .

How do I get to the house ?: Autobahn: Munich, Salzburg, Villach, Ljubljana, Rijeka, shortly before Rijaka direction Split, following the seaside till Island PAG. Take the ferry boat to PAG (~ 15 min.) Over the island PAG to Zadar. Exit NIN, Nin, VIR. Or: Autobahn Augsburg, Linz, Graz, Maribor, Zagreb, Zadar, exit NIN, Nin, VIR.

excursions: Kornaten islands with the boat from behind Zadar. Pluitvitzer Lakes ~ 2 hours drive with your car, Autobahn rirection Zagreb. Kirker waterfalls ~ 1,5 hours direction Split, exit see signs. Split: old town with exellent historic sites. NIN: very old sites and restaurants

Das Ferienhaus entspricht soweit der Beschreibung,jedoch mit einigen Unannehmlichkeiten die erwähnt werden sollten.
Der Zufahrtsweg zum Haus ist eine Schotterpiste,nur die Auffahrt im Hof ist geteert/betoniert.
Der 400qm große Garten ist nicht annähernd so groß,aber dennoch recht schön Angelegt (landestypisch).

Das Haus ist allerdings feucht, dies stellt man schon beim betreten fest,da der Geruch im Haus ziemlich eindeutig ist.
Vielleicht wäre es erträglicher wenn man einfach mal eine neue Couch hineinstellt,denn diese stink so dermaßen ,dass wir Sie mit Handtüchern abdecken mussten um überhaupt darauf zu sitzen.

Das ganze wird noch getopt durch die notdürftig überstrichenen dunklen Flecken an den Wänden!

Und nicht zu vergessen,die Fliegen im Haus.
Es ist zwar im Süden normal Fliegen im Haus zu haben,doch diese Art Fliegen halten sich normalerweise nur da auf wo es feucht ist(Badezimmer).
In diesem Haus sind Sie jedoch überall...

Die Meerlage ist jedoch nicht zu übertreffen,lediglich 1 Haus trennt sie vom Meer und die Ruhe an diesem Ort ist unbeschreiblich.

Der Blick von der Terasse ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

Man fühlt sich dort auch gut aufgehoben,da die Nachbarn abends Patroullie laufen und die leerstehenden Häuser "bewachen".

Es ist eigentlich sehr schade,das dieses Domizil nicht besser gepflegt wird,denn es wäre ein sehr schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen.
