The apartments in Milans Street (no traffic noise but very lively area) are an ideal base from which to explore the city as most cultural and gastronomic highlights as well as shopping areas can easily be reached on foot. The apartments have air-conditioning and central heating, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a shower and there is a second toilet. Milans has 3 bedrooms and Milans JM has 4 bedrooms. The apartments are renovated, kitchen and bathroom are modern, and the furniture has been chosen with love and good taste. Satellite TV as well as English speaking owners.

Milans I is elegant and cosy at the same time and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious, 2 bedrooms have a balcony. There is no traffic in Milans street but it is lively during day and night. People sensitive to noise should keep windows closed. The apartment is located very centrically and close to most of the city's highlights. It has air-conditioning and central heating, and apart from the bathroom with shower there is a second toilet. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and 1 bedroom with 4 beds, total 8 single beds. The price for 1-4 persons is 150 Euro per night, for each extra guest we charge 15 Euro extra per night - for example: 6 people pay 180 Euro per night, 8 people pay 210 Euro per night. When you choose Milans you can count on a friendly welcome and helpful tips! Eating outside is possible everywhere in the Old Town and shopping facilities start right around the corner.

  • 150 Euro is the price per night for 1.4 people. +15 Euro per extra person per night.
    For example: 6 people would pay 180 Euro per night for the whole apartment.
    Reservation: deposit of 30% payable by transfer or creditcard (Visa and MasterCard). Surcharges: +30% for bookings around New Years Eve till Three-Kings; +50% during 3GSM and Sonar; +30% Formula 1; 10% in July and August.
  • Final cleaning: 1-4 people: 50 Euro, 5-6 people: 60 Euro, 7-8 people: 70 Euro.
  • Damage deposit: 200 Euro which have to be paid upon arrival and will be returned upon departure.
    A credit card imprint instead of a cash damage deposit can be done upon previous request.
    Check-out is at 11:00, and check-in usually from 15:00 onwards. In case of an early arrival please ask us about the possibility of an early check-in.

We are a group from Northern Ireland that travelled to Barcelona at the end of October. The holiday was excellent, we stayed for 5 days. The Milans apartment was perfect, the location was a 2 minute walk from the Ramblas and the sea front, getting to the apartment was simple (I would recommend using the Airbus and walking, the walking takes about 10 minutes). The quality of the apartment was superb, it fitted all of our needs and the service we received during and leading up to the apartment was extremely useful, any question was answered.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to the city.

Very centric and nice

This was our first visit to Barcelona. We have been told that the Old Town (Gotico) was the place to be. We booked the Milans apartment and were right in the heart of the historic centre! We could walk everywhere and hardly needed public transport. Culture and architecture all around, shopping facilities, supermarkets and nice restaurants and bars all in the immediate area.
The flat is spacious and well equipped. Even being a group of seven people we never run out of hot water;-)
The check-in went smothly and so did the check-out. Thanks for not charging us the glass we broke.
We will defenetely be back!

Schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral

Wir waren im Juni in der Milans Wohnung und haben hier eine gute Zeit verbracht. Die Wohung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt und wir gingen überall hin zu Fuss. Nur zum Park Guell mit Bus Nummer 24.
Die Ramblas ist ganz nahe, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut, und wie gesagt befindet man sich mitten im Geschehen. Am Wochenende war es in der Gasse zwar sehr bewegt, wir sind jedoch runter in die sehr nette Bar Milans und haben uns da ein paar herrliche Cocktails zu Gemüte geführt;-)
Alles in allem eine positive Erfahrung. Wir überlegen, um den Jahreswechsel in Milans zu verbringen.

wunderschöne unterkunft, superzentral

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viele alte Möbel, schöne Kronleuchter etc... Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Kochen kein Problem, der Kühlschrank riesig, im Bad ist sogar ein Fön. Besonders für große Gruppen oder Familien ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Einziger Abstrich ist die Lautstärke, da nachts zeitweise auf der kleinen Gasse doch recht viel los war.
Die Lage ist jedoch fantastisch, zu Fuß ist man überall sehr schnell, direkt nebenan können Fahrräder geliehen werden.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war nett, die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr unkompliziert, ebenso die Buchung.
Umbedingt zu empfehlen!
