The holiday villa for up to 8 people is located on the crest of a small hill with a fantastic panorama view. On the top floor you will find 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans, an open living-dining area with an a/c (cools and warms). Sat-TV, DVD and stereo system. Completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, shower bath/WC. Bordering on the s/w side (sun all day!): secluded terrace-recreation area with pool (8x4m, water depth: 1.20 - 1.70 m, salt water with a minimal portion of chlorine / maintenance intervals during the peak season: twice a week!). The whirlpool in the pool (3.00 x 1.50 x 0.65 cm) has air and water jets, it is a wonderful place for small children and adults. Lower floor: Hallway, 1 spacious living room/bedroom with ceiling fan and SAT-TV. 1 bordering bedroom with a double bed and terrace door, exit to the pool. Shower bath/WC with washing machine. Through a driveway directly in front of the house: parking space for 2 cars. Not ideal for wheel chairs!

With a distance of about 500 m, you can reach the sea in a 15-20 minute walk. It is about 2-3 km to the centre and the main beach. Calpe has two large sand bays that are separated through the harbour and the Ifach (emblem of the region). Large boulevard promenades without traffic surround both main beaches. Here all recreational activities are offered.
