Moliets et Maa holiday apartment: Moliets

Our house is on the edge of the city in a quiet expansive residential area without tourism. To the city centre with all of its shopping facilities it is only a 10 min. walk. By bike, you need the same amount of time to get to the beach. The living room of the holiday studio with private entrance terrace, grill & parking is separated from the rest of the house, surrounded by a 3000 m² natural property. On the ground floor (kitchen + bathroom), the salon is connected with the terrace through glass sliding doors; a staircase leads to the mezzanine to the sleeping area for 2 people. A third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the salon. Directly on the edge of the forest, hiking paths, including the Road to Santiago & the coastal cycling path, are 200 m away & offer expansive excursions. And if you would like to go somewhat farther away: the Pyrenees, Biarritz, St. Jean-de-Luz can be reached by car in one hour. It is only a half hour longer to San Sebastian.
