This beautiful, well-kept villa fulfils the most important criteria for the year's most valuable weeks. It is furnished with a high degree of comfort. The villa includes a pool (chlorine-free, cleaned by salt electrolysis), and a large garden with a lawn which is ideal for sun-bathing. The separate pergola offers pleasant shade. With its grill, it is ideal for relaxing and lounging during the evening. A fireplace and central heating keep the house's rooms pleasantly warm during the cooler part of the year. A Bosch kitchen, a satellite TV with a DVD player, and a computer with ADSL internet all add to the house's high level of comfort. The internet is free of charge, 24-hours a day. It is also possible to log in to the internet with your own laptop, as we have a WLAN router.

The quiet little town of Sa Rapita is just an 800 m walk from the house. It is located right by the sea. It has a bank, a pharmacy, and shops for all of your daily needs. A number of inviting bars and restaurants offer a breathtaking view of the sea. 'Es Trenc' is just 2 km away. There you'll find dunes, crystal-clear waters, and one Majorca's most beautiful, largest beaches. For golfers, the 'Son Antem' golf course is just 15 minutes away. Its 36 holes make it fascinating. If you are a cyclist, you'll be in good company; this is a cyclist's paradise, where many professionals train. Palma is about 25 minutes away. With its seaside boulevard, its lively old town, and its great variety of bars and restaurants, it is very inviting indeed

Use of pool: The pool contains no chlorine, and is purified by computer-controlled salt electrolysis. The water is very gentle on the skin, making it ideal for extended swims. In this way, the pool is especially suitable for children. Upon booking, the tenant absolves the landlord from all liability.

Use of the house: The tenant is obliged to handle the furnishings with care. Should any damage occur, it must be reported immediately to the caretaker, who can be reached locally. The tenant is liable for any damage which he or she incurs.

Supervision of children: Parents or custodians of children are fully liable for the children in their care.

Wir haben die Sommerferien in diesem Haus verbracht und waren wirklich begeistert. Das Haus ist wirklich so schön wie auf dem Foto, die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich, alle Elektrogeräte in Ordnung.
Man hat vor Ort eine sehr freundliche und gute Betreuung, alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub dank dieses schönen Hauses mit Pool und Dank der netten Vermieterin und der netten Ansprechsperson vor Ort.
Nur weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Ich bin seit 2006 einmal im Jahr zu Gast auf der Finca und freue mich immer schon auf den nächsten Urlaub. Die Finca ist so wie beschrieben, nur real noch viel schöner:)

Da die Finca ein wenig außerhalb liegt, ist es richtig ruhig und man kann wunderbar entspannen. Kein Fluglärm oder Lärm von einer viel befahrenen Straße, wie ich es auch schon auf der Insel erlebt habe. Dennoch ist man im Gegensatz zum Nordosten beispielsweise keineswegs weit ab vom Schuß, denn den Flughafen, Palma oder El Arenal (wenn man der Ruhe überdrüssig ist) erreicht man mit dem Auto in rund 30 Minuten.

Neben dem großen mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichenden Es Trenc Strand bietet die Gegend auch eine Vielzahl kleinerer abgelegener Strände. Diese sind oftmals nur zu Fuß zu erreichen, doch dafür erwarten einen karibikblaues Wasser und nur wenige andere Besucher.

Positiv an der Finca bewerte ich auch den kostenlosen WLAN Internetanschluss. Dieser wird zwar in anderen Objekten oftmals versprochen, doch auch hier habe ich schon schlechte Erfahrungen bei der Ankunft gemacht, da der Anschluss dann plötzlich nur in Planung war. Dem ist hier nicht so und man kann mit dem Laptop wunderbar Mails abrufen oder surfen.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und wir haben den ein oder anderen Abend genüsslich auf der Terasse diniert. Auf der gemütliche Sitzecke kann man den Tag dann bei einem Cocktail ausklingen lassen.

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr gut und da ich 2010 mein fünfjähriges Jubiläum feiern werden, kann ich die Finca wirklich ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen. Hardy Krüger würde sagen: "Ich schlage vor, Sie schauen sich das mal an".
