The vacation apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 family-house, in a quiet residential area. The bedroom has 2 single beds, 1 big closet, chests of drawers, as well as a reading corner with armchair. The bathroom has 1 shower, WC, sink, washing machine, heater and a lot of storage room. The living room has light, comfortable furniture: 2 big sofas that can be used beds for children, table and shelves. A TV with Satellite and a radio are available. A breakfast bar with 2 bar chairs optically separates the living room from the kitchen. In the winter, the rooms can be electrically heated. The apartment has also a small, covered terrace, as well as a sunny terrace, which is separated from the public area through hedges and trees. Garden furniture with pillows is also available.

Mijas-Costa is located between Malaga and the famous Marbella. The urbanization Calahonda, a district of Mijas, can be easily reached by the highway Malaga - Cadiz (AP7/ E15), or by the coast street N-340/A7. You need approx. 25 minutes from the airport of Malaga to our vacation apartment. In Calahonda, there are different shopping facilities, many restaurants, cafes and bars that can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. There are also a bus station and a taxi station within a short walk. Many sport activities are possible in the neighbourhood, and the culture lovers will also find something for their own taste. There are nice trip destinations in the hinterland, for instance the typical white villages. The cultural cities of Granada, Cordoba and Sevilla, Gibraltar or Tarifa can also be visited by bus or by a rented car. You can also make a trip to Tanger/Africa, or a shopping tour in the near Marbella, with its modern yacht port Puerto Banus.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Additional costs: for electricity, water and final cleaning an additional flat rate of 60 Euros will be charged. You have to pay 20 % when you book, while the balance needs to be paid in bar, when you receive the key, including the security deposit of 100 Euros. If at the end of your stay the house is in its initial condition, you will receive the security deposit back.
  • Early bookings and long term bookings: for early bookings, minimum 6 month before the check-in, there is a 10 % discount. There are special discounts for long term bookings upon request. The flat rate for additional costs will be calculated individually, in each of these cases.
  • Cancellation costs for contract cancellation: if you cancel up to 90 days before the check-in, you will be charged with 20 % from the rental rates. If you cancel up to 30 days before the check-in, you will be charged 30 % from the rental rates. For a cancellation up to 10 days before the check-in, you have to pay 50 % from the rental rates.

Arrival: : You can rent a car at the Malaga Airport and reach you vacation accommodation in 20 minutes. If you don’t want to rent a car, you can also take the train to Fuengirola, the bus, or a taxi.

Ski: Within approx. 1.5 hours, you can reach the famous skiing region 'Sierra Nevada', in the neighbourhood of Granada. From December to April, you can practice skiing here. You can go skiing in the morning, and relax on the beach in the afternoon.

Golf: Costa del Sol is also called ‚Costa del Golf’, and this for good reasons. Here you can play golf the whole year through. In the close vicinity, you can find several interesting gof coursesd for all the levels of proficiency. There are more than 50 golf courses along the coast, from Malaga to Sotogrande. This is a real paradise for golf lover.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und toll ausgestattet, falls doch mal was fehlt oder man Ausflugtips braucht, stehen die Vermieter mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Außerdem gibt es einen Lebensmittelmarkt und ein Reisebüro direkt in Fußnähe.

In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es einige tolle Strände. Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es alleine in der nahen Umgebung mehr als genug aber auch die größeren Städte Andalusiens sind alle mit einem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Es war ein toller Urlaub und sicherlich nicht unsere letzte Reise nach Andalusien. Diese Wohnung aber sicherlich auch die anderen Wohnungen, die von den Vermietern betreut werden, können wir ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und super nette Vermieter, die auch gern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Alles so wie beschrieben.

Die Anreiseinfo war sehr genau, haben die Wohnung gleich gefunden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelgen und sehr sauber mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tollen Stränden gleich in der Nähe.

Dabei aber auch sehr zentral. Man kann innerhalb von ca. 2-3 Stunden alle tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Andalusien erreichen.

Neben den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten in Cordoba, Granada, Malaga und Seviila sollte man sich den Ort Mijas auf jeden Fall ansehen. Sehr hübsches kleines Städtchen und nicht weit entfernt.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnug,alles wie beschrieben, kein Straßenlärm usw. Die zentrale Lage bietet sich ideal an für Besichtigungen zu den wichtigsten Kulturstädten wie Corduba, Granada, Sevilla, Ronda usw.

Die freundlichen Vermieter waren gerne Ansprechpartner und gaben uns wertvolle Hinweise für unsere Unternehmungen.

Wir können die Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!!!

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist sehr zutreffend. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung übertraf sogar meine Erwartungen, da von Gewürzen über Knoblauch und Zwiebeln bis hinzu Geschirrhandtüchern alles vorhanden war um sich sofort heimisch zu fühlen.
Der allgemeine Zustand war auch sehr gut. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Sie kümmerten sich sehr um mich und mein Wohlbefinden.
Die Wohnung habe ich bereits und werde sie auch immer weiterempfehlen.
Durch die zentrale Lage von Calahonda sind viele Freizeitmöglichleiten gegeben. Es besteht eine gute Busverbindung nach Marbella (alle 20 Minuten). Der Flughafen in Malaga ist per Auto in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch ist das Hinterland sehr schön und lädt zum Wandern ein. Von Calahonda aus gibt es günstige Tagesausflüge zu den berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Alhambra,...).
