Villa of high class in a beautiful, completely quiet location directly at the Montgo with view of the town, the castle of Denia and the sea. The villa features a (heatable in fall and spring) pool, almost all rooms offer a wonderful view. The entire house was arranged of high class with a lot of congeniality and has been the set of photo shootings for several times. The villa offers room for 2 - 12 people and is, because of its division (two separate accommodation units) perfect for two families, parents with children and grandparents or a group of friends.

Denia, the ‚Pearl of the Costa Blanca’ is located on the Costa Blanca, 100 km from Valencia and Alicante. You can arrive by plane from all the German airports and with any airline: LTU, Air Berlin, Hapag, Lloyd, etc. In the neighbourhood, there are 2 big ports and over 1000 anchorages, a wonderful historical center, an old fishermen quarter, market halls, very good shopping facilities and over 600 coffee houses and restaurants. If needed, you will also find German doctors and medical service. The surroundings offer great hiking possibilities, directly on Montgo. There are very good and well kept hiking trails, with a great view upon the entire bay and the sea. You can hike for one hour, or for the entire day. In just a few minutes, you can reach a typical Spanish hinterland with 800 m high mountains and with very good restaurants. The area is ideal even for professional cyclists and for training. Valencia is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain, and it is a one day trip worth.
