The villa is situated in one of the most favourite living areas in Costa de Canyamel. The house has been completely renovated in 2005. It has 3 airconditioned large bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom. One bathroom is with bath tube, two with a shower. In the living room is also a sofa bed available, which can be pulled out (140 x 200 cm). The spacious living room passes into an also very spacious terrace, from which you have beautiful view over the bay of Canyamel and the countryside.

Canyamel is a lovely seaside village on the Northeast Coast of Mallorca, at 1 hour drive from Palma de Mallorca. Nature there is absolutely well preserved; sea waters are crystal clear with turquoise and deep blue shades, beaches are sandy & safe, villages have character & history. The area is absolutely relaxing and enjoyable, at the same time there are very charming and non expensive restaurants & cafes all around. At Cala Rajada, a nearby village, there is a lovely harbour and it is one of the trendiest towns of the island; fashion shops, cafes, bars, night amusement etc. Golf course (18 holes) is just at 1 mile. You can practice all sorts of sports in the area: swimming, diving, fishing, tennis, cycling, horse riding, mountain walking etc. There are another 3 golf courses in the area at a random between 5 & 8 miles.
