The property Casa Felice was built only a few years ago. It has a wonderful and convenient location, and it harmonizes with the hilly landscape of the historical region of Sabina. (“The Rape of the Sabine Women”) Casa Felice has 3 vacation apartments, a pool and a 20.000 m² garden. On the terrace, you can enjoy the panoramic view, the fresh air and the surrounding silence. Barbecue places and a small baking oven house invite you to grilling and pizza baking. The basins of the 2 small rippling waterfalls host fish and turtles. The apartments are lovely and comfortably equipped. Your comfortable home is located in the villa neighbourhood. From here there are 5 km to the center, where you can take the underground to Rome every quarter of an hour, and you can reach the airport Fiumicino without having to change trains. In the close vicinity, there are Tivoli, Farfa, the oldest olive tree in Europe, sulphur springs, Bracciano and Bolsener Lakes. You can reach the sea (water ski) in 1 hour.

North from Rome, by Salaria, there is the intersection Rome-Florence-Neapel Passo Corese, with an underground connection to Rome every hour quarter. You can also reach the airport Fiumicino, without having to change trains. A day ticket for a round trip to Rome is 6 Euros, and it is valid for all the public means of transportation. The distance from the train station Fara Sabina and the center of Passo Corese to the property is 5 km. From the AB A1 drive Rome North Fiano Romano, there are 10 km to the house. Salaria Rieti with turn offs in the directions Tivoli and Seen, and Rome Center. You can also choose the fast way Fiano Romano, AB, over Settebagni to Rome. The travelling time between the house and Grande Annulare from Rome is 20 minutes, and it costs 1 Euros. From Florence or Neapel, there are about 2 hours. You can reach the sea (water skiing) in 1 hour. To reach your trip destinations, you cross a romantic landscape with olive groves, valleys, mountainous chains and villages.

It has a bedroom with a double bed, closet, small nightstands, a wall with built in closets, crystal illumination and wall lights, alabaster floor lamps and paintings. The double glass door leads to the terrace with view upon the olive groves, oleander, decorative trees and bushes, 30 m high oak trees and the surrounding mountains and mountain villages. The living room has a kitchenette, and it is completely equipped. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, a closet, a double bed couch, a glass showcase with glasses and a shear wall. Indirect illumination of the kitchenette and the couch, a floor lamp, a table lamp, satellite TV, a video recorder, a music system and German books are available. You will find a natural cotton wall coating, a door with jalousie and protection against insects, door frames, marble floors and a bathroom with bathing tub and shower, precious fittings and bathroom cupboards.

Wer entspannen, aber trotzdem nah genug an Sehenswertem sein will, ist hier genau richtig. Ruhiges Wohnen in idyllischer Lage und stilvollem Ambiente, liebevolle Betreuung durch die (deutschsprachige) Gastgeberin, die nicht nur gute Empfehlungen für sehenswerte Ausflugsziele bereithält, sondern auch weiß, wo kulinarische Gaumenfreuden am besten zu haben sind und die selbst gern ihre Gäste mit Leckereien verwöhnt, sind nur einige wenige Umschreibungen für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Dazu die absolut gut zu bewältigende Nähe zu Rom, ob mit dem Auto oder der Bahn. Also wer hier nicht froh wird, dem ist nicht zu helfen.

Vier Jahre hintereinander Urlaub auf Casa Felice bei Rom!
Viermal Traumurlaub auf Casa Felice bei Elfi , einer liebenswerten deutschsprachigen Gastgeberin. Was genießt man hier?
Mediterrane Landschaft, wunderbare Ausblicke auf die Sabiner Berge, Ruhe, die Nähe zu Rom.
Per Bahn oder Auto ist man schnell in dieser wundervollen Stadt. Oder man endeckt von Casa Felice aus andere beeindruckende Orte.
Italien pur!
Am Abend ruht man auf Casa Felice aus. Man genießt Wein unterm großartigen Sternenhimmel!
Wir sagen: Immer wieder nach Italien! Und immer wieder Casa Felice!

Ruhe,Luxus und vor den Toren Roms

es waren wunderbare Ferien in der Casa Felice, die ihrem Namen alle Ehre macht. Gerade für den gestressten Städter ist der parkartige Garten mit Oleander, Rosen und Olivenbäumen bei weitem Blick über die Hügel der Sabina ein richtiger Labsal. Dazu die Eleganz der Ausstattung, die interessante Architektur des Hauses (einschliesslich des grossen Pools innerhalb und ausserhalb des Hauses) und die liebevolle und sorgfältige Betreuung der Hausherrin, bei der man sich eher als Freund als ein anonymer Gast fühlt. Wenn man dann noch bedenkt, dass man innerhalb einer dreiviertel Stunde auf dem Petersplatz stehen kann... Idealer können wir (einschl. unserer Hunde) uns einen Urlaub nicht vorstellen... Für Einkäufe und für gute Restaurants ohne die Preise von Rom bezahlen zu müssen sind Passo corese und viele kleine Orte der Umgebung sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.
So können wir dieses Domizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen für Ehepaare (mit oder ohne Kinder), für SIngles, für Hundebesitzer und für diejenigen, die dringend eine Pause gebrauchen

Ich bemühe mich zu jeder Zeit, meinen Gästen für die kostbaren Urlaubstage einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten : ein behagliches Heim, einen Garten mit immer mehr Pflanzen und Einfällen, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten aus Küche und Garten und eine umfangreiche Beratung. Wenn aber dann eine so tolle Anerkennung kommt, wie eben von dem Arztehepaar, bin ich sprachlos und glücklich und freue mich sehr, daß meine Gäste ihre Ferien so genossen haben.
