The property Casa Felice was built only a few years ago. It has a wonderful and convenient location, and it harmonizes with the hilly landscape of the historical region of Sabina. (“The Rape of the Sabine Women”) Casa Felice has 3 vacation apartments, a pool and a 20.000 m² garden. On the terrace, you can enjoy the panoramic view, the fresh air and the surrounding silence. Barbecue places and a small baking oven house invite you to grilling and pizza baking. The basins of the 2 small rippling waterfalls host fish and turtles. The apartments are lovely and comfortably equipped. Your comfortable home is located in the villa neighbourhood. From here there are 5 km to the center, where you can take the underground to Rome every quarter of an hour, and you can reach the airport Fiumicino without having to change trains. In the close vicinity, there are Tivoli, Farfa, the oldest olive tree in Europe, sulphur springs, Bracciano and Bolsener Lakes. You can reach the sea (water ski) in 1 hour.

North from Rome, by Salaria, there is the intersection Rome-Florence-Neapel Passo Corese, with an underground connection to Rome every hour quarter. You can also reach the airport Fiumicino, without having to change trains. A day ticket for a round trip to Rome is 6 Euros, and it is valid for all the public means of transportation. The distance from the train station Fara Sabina and the center of Passo Corese to the property is 5 km. From the AB A1 drive Rome North Fiano Romano, there are 10 km to the house. Salaria Rieti with turn offs in the directions Tivoli and Seen, and Rome Center. You can also choose the fast way Fiano Romano, AB, over Settebagni to Rome. The travelling time between the house and Grande Annulare from Rome is 20 minutes, and it costs 1 Euros. From Florence or Neapel, there are about 2 hours. You can reach the sea (water skiing) in 1 hour. To reach your trip destinations, you cross a romantic landscape with olive groves, valleys, mountainous chains and villages.

Notes: The vacation apartment Nr. 5 is called Dolores and it has a 60 m² large living-/ bedroom with kitchenette, bathroom and a 90 m² terrace with a surrounding panoramic view over the pool, the olive groves, the oleander and the roses, the palm and pine trees, the cypresses, the 30 m high oak trees, the fountains and the surrounding mountainous world with mountain villages, the lights of which sparkle in the night. The apartment is equipped with a 4-door closet, a double bed, a round bed (2 x 2 m), an antique dining room table, with 4 chairs and a wing chair, a hand painted kitchen cupboard, a desk and small tables with stools. Radio, satellite TV, air conditioning, and parquet floors are available. If needed, we can put a guest bed at your disposal. In the bathroom with bathing tub and shower, precious fittings and bathroom cupboard there are hand- painted flagstones. The towel rail is heatable. The ceilings and the walls have a natural cotton coating.

Trotz der Nähe zu Rom wunderbar ruhig gelegen: großzügig und komfortabel, sicher und sauber: ideal für Erholung und Ausflüge. Nützliche Hinweise und gute Informationen durch die Besitzerin. Eigener Obst- und Olivenanbau: selbst gepresstes Öl kann erworben werden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Rom

Erholung pur in einer sehr liebevoll angelegten, ruhigen Anlage umgeben von Olivenbäumen und sehr viel grüner Natur. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung läst keine Wünsche offen. Durch die Nähe zu Rom ist sie gerade für Kulturinteressierte sehr zu empfehlen, wir waren jeden Tag in Rom und waren begeistert von dieser Stadt. Abends war dann entspannen an dem tollen Pool der Anlage angesagt, was unsere Tochter besonders ausgiebig tat. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir planen nächstes Jahr wieder dorthin zu fahren. Diese tolle Anlage in sehr schöner ruhiger Lage und die nette sehr freunliche Vermieterin sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Immer wieder Casa Felice

Im Casa Felice waren wir schon mehrere Male und fahren immer wieder gerne dort hin. Das liegt einerseits an der wunderbaren Unterkunft (die Apartments sind liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl), an der wundervollen, ruhigen Lage (ringsum Natur, schöne Hügel, man könnte meinen, man ist in der Toscana) und andererseits an der Nähe von Rom (in 40 Min. an der Spanischen Treppe). Dort hat man dann den Trubel, Kultur satt und alles, was eine Großstadt zu bieten hat. Danach fährt man dann gerne wieder zur Casa Felice, wo man dann am Pool oder auf der Terrasse entspannen kann oder in einem der vielen sehr guten und günstigen Lokale die hervorragende Küche genießen kann. Hier kann man es aushalten! ... ein paar Tage! ... ein paar Wochen! ... könnte man vielleicht nicht noch ein bisschen länger bleiben? Probieren Sie es einmal aus! Es lohnt sich!
