The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and offers you a wonderful view over the Lienz Dolomites. There is one double bed room and a second double bed room with an extra single bed. The living room, at the same time kitchen, is equipped with a comfortable and big eating corner and has SAT-TV. The bath room is simple but modern with a shower/WC and of course, there is a central heating in every room and also wireless-LAN. On good, warm days you can relax and enjoy the sun in our big garden (sun chairs are available). For romantic or harmony family evenings you can use the terrace with barbecue possibilities.

Walk or take a taxi up to the Dolomites Hut or to the Moosalp (small farmer house in the mountain), delicious East Tyrolian spareribs in a special liquor or homemade dishes and then down to the valley on the very long and lit up tobogganing slope - what an experience!

Biking area East Tyrol

800 km biking tracks, from trekking on asphalted cycle tracks until to challenging, sweaty alpine tours - for everyone! Bike rent possible.

Skiing Information:

Ski-Eldorado: Lienz is located in the centre of the most attractive winter sport areas. Different individual special offers (on request).

Golf Information:

Dolomitengolf-Lienz: Wonderful 18-hole-golf area in the middle of the Dolomites - but without inclined position. From the beginning of April until the end of October. 50 min. to the GC-Millstatt or GC-Mittersil.
