There is a dining table with four chairs, a sofa, 2 armchairs, a club table, telephone, radio and a TV, various cupboards, an electric kitchenette, 3 ring stove, extraction hood, fridge, dish-washer, shower, toilet and lavabo. A washing machine and a tumbler are at your free disposition.

„Liebe Frau Gansner, Ferien in Bad Ragaz, ob Frühling, Sommer, Herbst oder Winter sind sehr schön. In den gepflegte Wohnung in der Casa Viva ist man daheim! Der Abschied am Ende der Ferien wird leichter, weil die nächsten Ferien bereits gebucht sind. Mit freundlichem Gruß“ Klara und Paul Grob, 8471 Oberwil *** „Seit 25 Jahren fahren wir mit zum Teil drei Generationen ein- bis zweimal nach Bad Ragaz zum Skifahren bzw. Baden, Wandern. Hier in die Ferienwohnung in der Casa Viva, früher Oska Haus, fühlen wir uns wie zu Hause.
