It has a large garden, whereas the swimming pool is shared with eight other villas. Ground floor: entrance, guest bathroom, living room with fireplace, full equipped kitchenette with fridge, oven and dishwasher; lovely high quality furniture. Two double bedrooms, bathroom, big covered terrace with garden furniture and barbeque. First floor: terrace with panorama roof, partly covered. Basement: big bedroom with double bed and two beds for children, bathroom, washing room with washing machine. The villa is equipped with Satellite-TV, safe and air- condition on the earth floor.
