This neat single family house has a beautiful view to the sea and is directly situated at a slope in a very quiet urbanization. There are two different floors with big terraces. This property offers you sunny and shadowy places, a canopied BBQ area and a privat pool 3 x 5 ms. The property is corraled and furthermore next to the beach and to the supermarket. Santa María de Llorell is a vacation resort with a special flair, which is preferred by the middle and upper class individual tourism. The resort is located in one of the nicest parts of the Costa Brava. It’s a quiet place and there is no transit traffic. The Costa Brava stretches across some green valleys and ridges and it ends at a wide, sandy beach, surrounded by cliffs. Sta. María is located 4 km south of Tossa de Mar, the pearl of the Costa Brava, and 8 km north of the vivid Lloret de Mar, which has a very active nightlife. The environment of Sta. María de Llorell offers a great selection for everybody’s taste and pleasure.
