In a rural landscape of meadows and woods, directly situated on the northern city limits of Berlin, lies a nice cottage (68 sqm). On a property of 1.000 sqm you find the 'blue house' - overgrown with wild vine aside of a small factory building of the 1950ies, the 'grey house'. The blue house is equipped with a kitchenette, wooden floorboards and a shower bathroom. Windows to all sides make it especially sunny and bright. We provide a garden terrace an furniture. Despite the close proximity of Berlin, the property is neighbouring a nature preserve, enabling hiking, jogging, (mountain-) biking, horseback riding, yoga etc. Distance to city 17 km (10 miles), traveling time by car ca. 30 min.

Tolle Unterkunft, ausgestattet mit allem, was man für eine Auszeit benötigt (außer vielleicht einem Backofen). Schönes Design, bequemes Bett, ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen. Umland zauberhaft und Berlin-City liegt quasi um die Ecke. Super für einen Städtetrip inkl. Wohnen ohne Abgase und Lärm. Uns hat es gefallen!
