Photos and Description of this Porto Cristo area holiday house Southern style, simple, functional, bright and pleasant

La Concha has a unique location: directly onto the cliffs - with 180° panorama over the see! Trained swimmers can go swimming directly from the house in midsummer. It hardly takes 5 minutes to reach the sandy beach on foot. The house is built together with a second one, which stands a little in the back. You will find everything you need. La Concha offers the following equipments: terrace with sea view and a second sitting area, three bedrooms, large living/ dining room with a semi open plan kitchen. There is only one shower with toilet. In the kitchen you will find a washing machine (no dishwasher). Bed linens, kitchen and bathroom towels are available in the house. The furnishing is estival, simple and functional. The house spreads out a very pleasant atmosphere and is part of an old complex, where a lot of oleanders, palm trees and other plants grow. Close by you will find a small shop, a swimming pool and a restaurant.

La Concha holiday house stands in the quiet complex Porto Cristo Novo. It was built at the end of the 60’s and includes a small bay with sandy beach, a garden area, a restaurant, a small grocery and tennis courts. A larger hotel complex located nearby (15 walking minutes) offers you further activities and entertainment options. Porto Cristo Novo is 3 km away from the small fishing city Port Cristo. You can reach the complex within a short hour’s drive from the airport (car rental possible at the airport).

La Concha ist ein normales, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Ferienhaus-Siedlung auf Mallorca. Das absolut einmalige ist die Traum-Lage direkt am Meer auf den Klippen. Wir haben hier eine Woche nichts anderes gemacht als auf der Terrasse gesessen, tagsüber aufs Meer gekuckt und abends in den Sternenhimmel (zwischendurch muss man mal was t4rinken und essen und ...).
Das mit "den geübten Schwimmern" sollte man unbedingt beachten! Eine (unten schon etwas verfallene) Treppe führt direkt vom Garten über die Felsen ins Meer. Unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen, nichts für Kinder, nicht alleine schwimmen.
Aber die herrliche Bucht mit weißem Sandstrand ist ja auch nicht weit! Also auch für Familien geeignet.
Beschreibung genau lesen: 2 Zimmer sind recht klein.
Ein kleines Lädchen und das Restaurant Albatros sind direkt in der Nähe. Dort unbedingt Paella bestellen. Köstliches Spektakel!

Fazit: Ideal für ruhigen Urlaub am warmen Meer.
ungeeignet für Gehbehinderte.
Wer Aktiv-Urlaub oder Disco möchte, sollte auch woandershin fahren.
