Photos and Description of this Caramujeira holiday house completely furnished, central heating, ideal for longterm renting in the winter

Our house is a single unit property in the Caramujeira area, known for its vineyards, beautiful holiday homes and for its location close to many typical Algarve beaches. The house is placed within a beautiful 2800 sqm garden with the typical fauna of the Algarve: orange trees, almond trees, palm trees and lots of flowers and bushes. The house is surrounded by terraces. There is also a 50 sqm swimming pool and a barbecue. Normally, we rent the ground floor of the house to a maximum of 6 persons. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, a living room with a fireplace, an extra dining room, seperated from the living room by an archway and a fully equipped kitchen. The price indicated is for a maximum of 6 persons. In the first floor, there is a little apartment, that we never rent separately. It has a bedroom, a living room with a fireplace and an attached kitchen (also fully equipped), a bathroom with a shower and a beautiful terrace. If you want to rent it, we charge an extra price.

The house is located in the beautiful Caramujeira area, close to Lagoa and between Armação de Pera and Carvoeiro. These towns with their restaurants, markets and other shopping facilities are reachable within 15 minutes by car. Yet, it is a calm vineyard area with beautiful holiday homes, far away from mass tourism. In about 2200 m distance, there are the typical Algarve beaches with their typical rock formations. By car, they can be reached within 6 to 10 minutes. There are also many monuments to be seen. The castle of Silves and many old churches. Sagres, Cap Vincente, Lagos and the Serra de Monchique as well as Faro can be visited in daytours. Coming from Faro airport and taking the highway, the house can be reached by car in about 50 minutes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices for up to 8 persons with the first floor appartment: March, April: 1000 Euro/ week *** July, August: 1380 Euro/ week *** Mai, October: 1100 Euro/ week *** June, September: 1180 Euro/ week
  • Extra fee for final cleaning: for up to 6 persons: 90 Euro, for up to 8 persons: 120 Euro. There is a central heating in the house. If needed, 1 gasbottle is enough for 1 week, in order to heat the ground floor 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. The price per gasbottle is around 81 Euro. Fire wood can be purchased in Guia (Vale de Para) the price is 15 Euro for 80 kg.
  • From beginning of November until the end of February, the price is 500 Euro per week but if you rent the house for a whole month, the price is 1200 Euro per month. In this case, the cost for electricity is on the clients account.

She cleans the house and changes the towels 2x per week and the linnen 1 x per week. The house is equipped with an alarm system and a safe. Regarding the dificult economical situation especially in southern countries, please make use of both of them.

Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Anwesen im Herbst 2008 entdeckt und im Juli 2009 unseren Sommerurlaub dort verbracht.
Wenn man nicht unbedingt den Trubel von Albufeira, Praia da Rocha oder Armacao sucht,überzeugt Casa dos Lobos in allen Belangen.
Ein Objekt welches mehr bietet als die Presentation im Netz verspricht.
Ideal für Großfamilien oder einen Urlaub mit Großeltern.
Das Servicepersonal ( Poolservice, Reinigungskräfte ) waren überaus freundlich, gründlich und diskret.
Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir waren 2007 und 2008 zu Gast in dieser schönen Villa und haben uns super wohl gefühlt,so dass wir auch 2009 dieses ruhige Anwesen wieder besuchen werden.Es wurde mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet,man fühlt sich von Beginn an wie zu Hause. Am schönen Kamin wird auch ein etwas kühlerer Abend zum romantischen Erlebnis.Das Haus und der schöne große Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.Der Pool ist solarbeheizt,so macht es auch in der Vor- und Nachsaison großen Spaß zu baden.
Auf der schönen großen Terrasse kann man mit dem herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik ein leckeres Frühstück sowie ein gutes Essen mit einen guten Glas portugiesischen Rotwein geniessen.
Einige der schönsten Badebuchten der Algarve sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen.
Fazit: Ein Haus zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen in schöner Natur,was keine Wünsche offen lässt.
