Beautiful property with covered terrace, large well-tended garden with grill and pool approx. 10 x 4,5 m. Very close to the nice sandy beach of Roche, a quiet villa-area close to the pine forest. All rooms are arranged at the same level. Carefully designed living-/dining-room with fireplace, SAT-TV/Video, CD/DVD-player. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing-machine and microwave. 3 bedrooms (1 with large French bed and ensuite bathroom, 2 twins) and a second bathroom.

Conil de la Frontera is a nice typical Andalusian city built in a white Arabic cube-style. It offers a complete infrastructure with banks, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and small tapas bars. It’s a top-spot for beach-lovers and up to now there are only very few bigger hotels. The fantastic white villages, Cádiz, Jerez and Sevilla are within easy reach. Roche is located approximately 10 km north of Conil in a private upper-level residential area with a few restaurants and shops. You will find a very nice long sandy beach here.
