Our house 'Tres Pino' is located in small, noble Alcanada, a suburb of Port Alcudia. The house is located on a ridge, 70 m from the ocean and has a fantastic 180 degree view that you can enjoy from every room thanks to its location. The grandiose, new golf course and the romantic little light house island are also within view. There is a beautiful promenade with many places to swim on the rocky shore. Our property is secluded thanks to the stone pines, palms and Bougainvillea. You drive steeply upward though a retractable gate. There is a safe place to park by the covered house entrance. It is very nice in the summer when you want to load or unload. You can really enjoy yourself and cook in the large, angled living/dining room with open kitchen. The fireplace provides additional warmth and comfort. You can reach the terraces and pool through the wide doors. You are swimming above the ocean here and watching sail boats on the ocean through the stone pines

Alcanada is on the south-facing side of the 'La Victoria' peninsula in the large bay of Alcudia. You can reach Alcudia/Alcanada from Palma quickly via the motorway and that is a reason why the Spaniards like living here as well. There are several great restaurants and a small supermarket here. Port Alcudia is only 2 km away and is easy to reach by foot, bicycle or car. Therefore, there is a never a problem getting what you need. Alcanada has a beautiful water front, where you can swim from. A small sand beach is also nearby. There are several white dream beaches in Port Alcudia. Our house is located in the middle of the town on a ridge and has a fantastic panoramic view from every window and despite its central location, it is still secluded and far from the main street that you do not hear any street noise. The most beautiful golf course currently is within sight and is within walking distance

Es war alles viel schöner, als es in der Beschreibung rüber kam. Man kann sich kaum satt sehen an dem grandiosen Panorama. Nach der kurzen steilen Auffahrt durch das Garagentor kann man sicher und entspannt in Ruhe direkt vor der Haustür auspacken und das Auto stehen lassen. Es fehlt an nichts, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Es ist gediegen, sinnvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Mit dem schönen Pool kommt sofort Urlaubsstimmung auf. Man legt sich in die Sonne oder in den Schatten, zieht sich mal zurück in sein Zimmer oder auf eine andere Terrasse und trotzdem hat man noch den tollen Blick. Zum Lesen braucht man nichts mitzunehmen, es ist alles da und Anregungen für Ausflüge usw. findet man auch vor. Ein rundum besonderer Urlaub!
