The cosy and well equipped apartment is situated just outside Lisboa in S. Joao do Estoril and is located in the 2nd floor of a typical Portuguese house without lift. The main entrance door opens only with a key. The apartment was completely renovated in 2005. New stone floor in the main room, wooden floor in the sleeping room and a modern kitchen with micro wave and fridge. The balcony can be used as an extra room as it is completely sheltered and closed by windows (the veranda includes a working table). Own washing machine. All the shops, bank, post, pharmacy, railway station is in waking distance. You reach the beach on foot within 10 minutes and a beautiful promenade along the sea takes you to Estoril and Cascais (50 minutes walk). The highway exit is 2 km away, direct access to the main high way of Lisboa-Porto. Perfect location for excursions. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house. Regular trains take you to the centre of Lisboa within 20 minutes.

Enough parking in front of the house. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in 2005. The main room offers a sofa which can be used as an additional bed. Big table. Modern kitchen with micro wave and fridge. Own washing machine. The separate sleeping room offers a big bed 160 cm. Separate bathroom. Electric heating possible. All the shops, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, bars, railway station, taxis are within walking distance.

High way is only 2 km away and takes you to all the interesting touristic places around Lisboa. A regular train takes you to the City of Lisboa within 20 minutes. 10 minutes walk to the station. Explore the fantastic city on foot and by underground.

Mit meinen zwei Freundinnen, verbrachte ich herrliche Tage in der gemütlich eingerichteten WOhnung, Es gab überhaupt keine Probleme mit der Vermieterin und wir möchten ihr somit als erstes nochmal Danken. Wir waren sehr begeistert davon wie schnell wir wirklich das Meer erreichten und wie wunderbar gelegen die Wohnung ist.
Ohne Probleme erreichten wir tagsüber die umliegenden Supermärkte um uns zu versorgen und am abend konnten wir die Bars austesten, die jede Menge zu bieten hatten. Wir hatten auch ein reichlich kulturelles Programm, da man viele Dinge gut zufuß oder mit dem Fahrrad, der Bahn erreicht. Die Umgebung ist einfach zauberhaft und echt ansprechend für jung und alt. Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und für alles was wir brauchten war gesorgt. Sogar bei schlechtem Wetter hatte man kein Problem es längere Zeit in der WOhnung auszuhalten, da viele Technische Geräte geboten wurden. Wir waren also rundum mit der Wohnung und der Umgebung zufrieden und werden mit sicherheit nochmals wieder kommen.

Strand- und Stadtnähe wunderbar

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und gut eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden (bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine). Besonders gut gefallen an S. Jao d. Estoril hat uns die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) sowie die relative Nähe zu Lissabon (ca. 20 km). Man kann sehr gut mit dem Zug in ca. 30 Minuten dorthinfahren, man braucht also nicht unbedingt einen Mietwagen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgesprochen nett und die Abwicklung aller Formalitäten mit der Vermieterin hat einwandfrei und immer sehr zügig funktioniert. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Im Juni 2009 buchten wir die Ferienwohnung in S.Joao do
Estoril. Wir kamen in eine gemütliche, saubere Wohnung,
gut geeignet für 2 Personen. Inventar war ausreichend
vorhanden. Besonders gefielen uns die gestickten Wand=
bilder. Sehr "verliebt" war ich in das (gemütliche) weiche
Wohnzimmersofa.
Besonders angenehm, da ohne Auto, war der nahe
Bahnhof mit guter Anbindung an Lissabon. Ein günstiger Discountmarkt befindet sich in der Nähe (nahe Bahnhof).
Den Strand erreicht man in wenigen Minuten.
Sehr schön ist die Top Strandprommenade bis hin nach
Cascais. Die Umgebung kann man bequem in Tages=
touren (auch ohne Auto) erkunden.
Die Mietung der Ferienwohnung war sehr problemlos.
Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nochmals danken wir für "die besondere Hilfe" nach
einem kleinen "Ungeschick" in Lissabon.
Habe bereits die Ferienwohnung an einen Bekannten
weiterempfohlen.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist sehr schön

Von der Wohnung aus ist man sehr schnell und bequem
mit dem Zug nach Lissabon und das ganze ist auch preiswert. Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Man bekommt
sehr schnell mit, dass die umliegenden Häuser alle
Hunde halten.

Erholung pur!

Die sehr gemütliche und ruhig gelegene Wohnung in S. Joao do Estoril ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lissabon und Umgebung, sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Bahnhof mit dem Vorortzug nach Lissabon und Cascais sowie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. In einer halben Autostunde ist man am Flughafen Lissabon oder im Hinterland mit seinen zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders angenehm für uns war die Nähe zum Strand mit einer sehr schönen Strandpromenade, die zu zahlreichen Abendspaziergängen eingeladen hat.
Vielen Dank auch noch für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung aller Formalitäten im Vorfeld und Vorort! Anfragen zur Wohnung wurden zeitnah und zuvorkommend beantwortet und auch die Schlüsselübergabe durch die Vermieterin am Anreisetag klappte absolut problemlos. Wir haben alles in allem einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in S. Joao do Estoril verbracht und werden mit Sicherheit bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder auf dieses Urlaubsziel zurückkommen!
