Photos and Description of this Osprey holiday house

The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Osprey, just south of Sarasota. The upscale layout of the villa features a large master bedroom in the right wing of the building with a large walk-in closet, a luxury bathroom equipped with an oversize twin-shower and a bathtub with build-in whirlpool. The other three bedrooms are located in the left wing. The oversize living area is equipped with leather couches, The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area just separated by a kitchen bar. There’s a second living room with a large glass door to the pool deck as well as a separate luxury dining area. The villa is air-conditioned with central controls. It is surrounded by a large scale yard with beautiful old tropical as well as citrus fruit trees. The large screened pool area is located in the back of the L-shaped villa. The seating area on the pool deck is partly roofed and overlooks the generously sized heated pool as well as a beautiful waterfall and a Jacuzzi.

This wing is separated from the living area by a sliding door and has one bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination and an exit directly to the pool deck. Two of the bedrooms also connect to the pool deck via large glass doors.

Notes: The seating area on the pool deck is partly roofed and overlooks the generously sized heated pool as well as a beautiful natural stone waterfall and the separate Jacuzzi. There’s a glass-top table with six comfortable chairs as well as two sun lounges and a propane barbecue grill. Extra chairs are stored in the twin garage which is accessible via an extra wide driveway. It features a remote door opener and connects directly to the living and kitchen area.

Man fühlt sich wie im Paradies

Ankommen, gleich Wohlfühlen. Der Garten mit den vielen Früchten, der große Pool, das Haus alles super sauber. Die Unterlagen zum Haus und die Hausbeschreibung hat uns gut gelotst. Und besonders das nette Ehepaar, das das Haus betreut ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Villa würde ich allen meinen Freunden empfehlen. Entspannung pur. Auch die elektro Poolheizung im Winter war optimal. Der riesige Pool war immer gleichbleibend warm. Das beste Restaurant für mich war Casykey Fishhouse, bester Tuna auf Japanischer art, mit Ingwer belegt.
Owner's Response: Caseykey Fishouse an der Blackburn Bridge ist super für Fisch. Das Outback ist der Favoriet von meinen Kindern und ich liebe das chinesische Steakhouse " Saga " mit Sushi und Japanischen Spezialitäten direkt vom Grill. Oder Tomato haben die besten Salate von Sarasota. Alle Tips stehen bei uns im Wegweiser.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!!!

Wir haben uns das erste Mal seit der Geburt unsere Tochter vor 3 Jahren ein Ziel mit Zeitverschiebung in Angriff zu nehmen. Es hat super geklappt aber natürlich war dises perfekte Haus nicht ganz unbeteiligt daran: supersauber, gepflegt und äußerst großzügig gestaltet konnten wir unseren Urlaub einfach nur genießen. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort. Vielen Dank an alle!!!

Seit Jahren ein perfektes Reiseziel!!!

Als langjähriger Floridatourist haben wir mit dieser Ferienvilla in Osprey unser perfektes Reiseziel entdeckt! Eingebettet in einen schönen großen Naturgarten mit einem sehr großzügigen Poolbereich(in idealer Süd-Ost-Ausrichtung mit ganztägiger Sonneneinwirkung, ist das Haus serh schön eingerichtet und auch für mehrere Reisende geeignet.Der Vermieter, sowie die Verwaltung vor Ort sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Durch die großartige Lage des Hauses, ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit in verschiedenen Restaurants mit einzigartigen kulinarischen Genüssen und auch riesigen Supermärkten und Shopping Malls (teilweise sogar zu Fuß erreichbar).
Hervorragend ist auch die kurze Distanz zu den schönsten Stränden Floridas. Empfehlenswert sind auch Kurztrips in die Kulturhauptstadt Floridas Sarasota (in 20 min erreichbar)mit seinen Museen und diverse andere kulturelle Veranstaltungen, sowie die typischen Abenteuer-und Erlebniswelten Floridas.
Alles in allem: Ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!!!

Toller Urlaub mit Baby und Freunden

Wir haben im Juni 2005 unseren Urlaub dort verbracht - eine Familie mit Baby - und noch drei Freunde. Durch die tolle Aufteilung der Schlafräume und Bäder in diesem Hause war die Belegung kein Problem. Das Haus und die Garten/Poolanlage ist perfekt und man ist schnell am Strand. PKW muß sein! Ideale Lage für Ausflüge.
Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Urlaub vom ersten Tag an !!

Wir können nach 5 Urlauben in dem Haus nur sagen, daß wir immer wieder liebend gerne kommen würden ! Der schöne Garten mit dem Obst sowie der große Pool haben uns immer besonders gut gefallen. Es gibt viele verschiedene Strände zum Baden und spazieren gehen (Haifischzähne und Muscheln sammeln). Die Ausstattung des Hauses läßt keine Wünsche offen und ist auch für zwei Familien perfekt. Die Hausverwalter Kathy und Alan sind uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen und wir vermissen die Drinks auf dem Deck bei Sonnenuntergang.
