They have a common area, sunbathing area with tables, chairs, sun shades, and barbecue, so that you can dine in the open air, enjoying the beautiful view upon the Tuscan hills. For the agro-tourist guests the pool (6 x 12 m), is available, as well as mountain bikes, bowling/boccia, ping-pong, small foot ball ground, playground for children, small chapel, covered parking places and washing room. In front of the villa there are beautiful hiking trails and mountain bike tracks. A pond is 2 km away. There the guests can go fishing. You can play tennis for free at the restaurant Portole, 6 km away, if you go to eat there (good and cheap). You can ride horses in Cortona, 14 km away. Villa & apartment have satelite TV, DVD and big fireplace.

The 600 m² large Villa Assunta from the 18th century is nicely renovated and it has a big eat-in kitchen with fire place, pool billiard room, wine room (cantina), reading room, TV room with satellite TV, DVD and fire place, 3 living rooms, 11 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and central heating. It is ideal for families or groups. Furthermore, you can find a private terrace with big table and chairs, so that you can eat in open air. There is a sunbathing area with canvas chairs, chairs, sun shades and barbecue, as well as a beautiful view upon the Tuscan hills. Mximum persons are 24 (2 extra beds and 2 cots are possible).

Notes to the rental rates

• The above mentioned rental rates are for maximum 20 people. Extra people pay 90 Euro per week, including linen and towels. 2 cots can be available and they would be charged with 30 Euro per week, including linen.
  
• Included in the rental rates are: linen and towels (which are changed weekly), electricity, water, gas, swimming pool (opened from the end of May until the end of September), mountain bikes, pin-pong, bowling, playground for children, barbecue, pizza oven, washing machine, covered parking places, chapel.
  
• Additionally, you have to pay 150 Euro for the final cleaning, 90 Euro for extra people, including linen, 30 Euro per week, including linen, if you need a cot for children under 3. If you have a dog, you will be charged 20 Euro per week. Firewood for the fireplace and the central heating will also be charged separately. Normal cancelation fees do apply.

From the Assunta agro-tourist property, you have a wonderful view upon the Tuscan hills. The villa is located in the middle of nature, between the olive groves and the vine yards. The hiking trails and mountain bike tracks start directly by the house. The guests can also use the beautiful swimming pool (6 x 12 m), with terrace and chairs, sunbathing area, playground with swings, mini football ground, bowling (Boccia), ping-pong, mountain bikes, washing room, covered parking places and a beautiful chapel for 12 people. You can buy wine, olive oil and marmalade from our own, biological production. Furthermore, there is an original pizza oven and barbecue.

6 km away there is a bar and a small italian shop foer daily groceries, a hotel with good restaurant (tennis ground for free). The beautifull old city of Cortona has many shops and restaurants, and it is located only 12 km away. The big bathing lake Lago Trasimeno is 25 km away from the villa. The jewel city of Arezzo with the famous frescos is 35 km away. Montepulciano in Chianti with its famous wines is 50 km away. Siena with its 'Piazza del Campo' is 75 km away. Florence (130 km) and Rome (190 km) are worth seeing and easily to reach over the high way A1.
