Villa RosMar is a large oceanfront property on a sandy beach that stretches for miles in both directions. A large freshwater swimming pool with garden/patio area for lounging is between the property and the beach. This villa is incredibly spacious with 5 bedrooms, 2 different living areas, large main dining area and a smaller dining area as well.



Main living room faces the ocean and is open to the second story. A secondary living area is adjacent to the main living area and overlooks the pool area. Entry into the property features an indoor garden area with multiple skylights providing plenty of light for the tropical plants. Rich wood is used extensively throughout the property, adding warmth and style to this incredible vacation home.




Main floor of this villa has oceanfront living room, secondary living area (also oceanfront), main dining room (oceanfront) adjacent to a second dining area and large kitchen area. Quality workmanship and many built-in cabinets are used in the living area, kitchen and dining room. A half bath is located just off the secondary oceanfront living area.



Bedroom #1 is on the main floor and has two queen beds and a full bath.



Open wood staircase takes you to the second level where there are four additional bedrooms. Bedroom #2 is oceanfront and has a king size bed and private bath. Bedroom #3 has two double beds and private bath. Bedroom #4 has 1 king and shared bath. Bedroom #5 has two queens and shared bath.



A second floor wrap-around balcony overlooks the indoor garden entrance, living and dining areas on the first level.



Head to the freshwater pool where you can take a refreshing dip or lounge while you work on an awesome tan. Want some serious beach activity? Just slip out the side gate and you can walk, jog, trot for miles along the powdery sand beach. Or spend the day building a sand castle. Entry into the water is sand, no rocks here!



Located in Country Club Estates about 3.5 miles north of town, this property offers more beach privacy than any other property. You have no neighbors to the north, and just a few villas to the south. If you enjoy golfing, a new course is now open only a few blocks away.
