Photos and Description of this Javea holiday villa

The villa Santa Sabine is in a quiet area at Balcon al Mar near by the famous lighthouse 'Cabo de la Nao'. Walking in the evening to this lighthouse you see a theatrical sundown next to the cost. The villa is situated in a romantic garden (1.000 qm) with pool (8 x 4m), palms and old Mediterranean plants. On the roof of the house is the solarium. You can see the sea from there. Behind the villa you will find a barbecue with stone furniture. It is a wonderful place to join your holidays and relax. 5 minutes from the house (by feet) there is a supermarket that has open 7 days a week. Also 10 minutes away is a shop for newspapers and a hairdresser's salon. The next restaurant 'Casa Pepe' you reach in 3 minutes by feet from the villa. You can walk to the next bay in 10 - 15 minutes (to the Ambolo Bay). You drive with the car almost 10 minutes to Javea and there are all the shops you need and the beach.

It is an attractive old city with harbour, old town, long promenade by the sea with a lot of restaurants and bars. In Javea and around Javea you can find bays and beaches. It is a much diversified, varied landscape with the sea and the tall mountains in the back. The climate is very healthy because there is no industry but a lot of sea, iodine and herbs.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking your holiday, 30 % of the total sum has to be paid. Then you will get a confirmation from us and we block your holiday time. The rest of the amount and 400,- € deposit has to be paid 8 weeks before holidays starts. If you have to cancel your holidays 8 weeks before they start, we withhold the 30 %. If you have to cancel your holidays 6 weeks before they start, we withhold 50 % of the sum. If you have to cancel your holidays 4 weeks before they start, we withhold 90 % of the sum. If you want to rent the villa for a longer time, we make a special price with you. In Javea 160,- € has to be paid directly to our partner there for cleaning, bed sheets, towels and administration. If you book, you get the tel. no. and address from them in Javea.´There is also the house key for you to pick it up. Electricity and water are included in the price. You need gas for cooking. In the cellar is a bottle of gas. You can change them in every supermarket if it is empty.
  • We will pay your deposit back 2 weeks after your holidays and if there is no damage.

Notes: The house is very cosy. It's all there what you need. The table in the living room is for 6 people. A chimney is in the living room for some nice hours in the evening. In the kitchen (it is an American kitchen) you can find all what you need. In front of the house there is a carport for 2 cars. Outside from the house are two showers. One with cold water, one with warm water. The furniture for the garden is naturally next by the pool same is for the barbecue. Pets are allowed. We take 60,- € for the holiday for one pet.
