The 55 m² apartment is in Calle Rossello and has an entryway with a closets, a bedroom with double bed and closet, a bathroom with a small bathtub, WC, sink and bidet as well as a living room with American kitchen. You have an ocean view from the terrace-like balcony and the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has a cooker, microwave and washing machine. There is a terrace table with seating for 4. There is a rollout awning for shade when you have had enough sun. The living room has air conditioning w/ heating, so that you are cosy warm on possibly cooler day during the winter months. There is naturally a satellite television and stereo system.

The town of Pals is divided in 3 areas: Pal, Masos de Pals and Platja de Pals and has a population of 1,800 inhabitants. The old part, as most old towns of the area, is situated on top of a hill called Mont Aspr and is surrounded by ponds and marshlands which were dried out to enable rice to be cultivated. The first historical documents which refer to Pals are from the IX century but the origin of the town is much older. Masos de Pals: in the XIX century the area of Masos de Pals was made up of some farm houses which have an architectural interest belonging to the XV-XVI century and a church from the XVIII century. Platja de Pals: the beach of Pals stretches for 3.5 km and is an ideal place to practise all kinds of water sports.

Ein herrlicher Ausblick, mit gepflegter Ausstattung, absolut empfehlenswert - auch ohne Pool. Wir hatten das Glück unseren Urlaub noch einmal kurzfristig zu verlängern und haben in diesem netten, ruhigem Haus eine ganz entspannte aber intensive Woche verbracht, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Den riesigen Sandstrand erreicht man in weniger als zehn Minuten - Auto notwendig. Super unkomplizierte und persönliche Betreuung durch den freundlichen Vermieter vor Ort.
