The well-lit, friendly furnished villa is located in the peaceful holiday settlement Balcon al Mar. The house offers space for 4 people with 2 double bedrooms (+ sofa bed for 2 children), 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with chimney and SAT-TV and a Naya (winter garden) that can be used as a dining and recreation room. The bedrooms have a/c and provide for perfect sleeping comfort. The Mediterranean garden with palm trees and a lot of blooming bushes offers a peaceful, colourful atmosphere and invites you to dream under the shade of trees. The pool area with the terracotta tiled terrace and the sitting area with a large Barbecue are secluded so that you can move as you wish, undisturbed. The house and garden offer everything that you need for a comfortable stay.

Javea is known for its beautiful location between the two rock capes of San Antonio and Cap de la Nao. The city and its 22000 residents belong to the province of Alicante. The small bays near Javea are scenic, still intact and have remained protected from mass tourism. You will find rocky headlongs into the sea and Cabo de la Nao covered by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The coastal city on the northern Costa Blanca belongs to the preferred holiday destinations in Spain. The coast of the Costa Blanca, also named the orange coast, blooms throughout the entire year. From October to April is the main harvesting time for mandarins and oranges and between January and the beginning of March is time for almond blooming. For the lively climate with day temperatures during the winter of 17-19 degrees and 28-30 degrees during the summer, thanks not only to the nature with constantly changing forests, but a stay here is also the best investment in your health.
