The apartment is located in a quit central area in the holiday park Glockenberg/Altenau. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a four floor apartment building. This very comfortably furnished flat gives space for up to 4 persons. It includes a big west balcony, a small bedroom with two single beds, one living room with a separated sleeping area with a double bed, a kitchenette as well as a toilet with shower. The house has a lift and you can use a bike and ski basement. A swimming pool, an ice pavilion, cross-country ski-tracks, ski lift, restaurants and lots of hiking possibilities are within walking distance.

Altenau, in the centre of the upper Harz is a very attractive health resort and winter sport destination, where you can find relaxation at any time of the year. The holiday resort Altenau is well known for wide-stretched hiking trails, mountain biking tracks and a wide range of leisure time activities. For example an ice pavilion, swimming pool with artificial waves, sauna and Nordic walking centre, an herb museum. In the winter time it also offers a wide range of winter sport activities like cross-country ski-tracks, sledding, winter walking tracks, torch walking and funny evenings on a ski lodge. Altenau also offers lots of nice restaurants and shopping possibilities. A public bus transfer system gives you the opportunity to explore other interesting places of the upper Harz without having your own car. There are regularly transfers to the railway station in Goslar so that you can arrive by train.
