The holiday home, a renovated, authentic old fishing house, is located directly by the beach of the small fishing city of Lagos. Casa Anita has a living space of about 45 m2 and has modern furnishing ideal for a holiday. The house consists of a living room with an open kitchen area (new built-in kitchen), two bedrooms (with closets) and a bathroom. The complete house was completely renovated in 2005. You can enjoy the sun on the large outdoor terrace, the roof terrace or the beach. It is just a few steps to the sea. The house has air conditioning and heating.

The house is located on the beach of the small fishing village of Lagos on the coastal street. In the small city you will find multiple restaurants, a small grocery store and a bakery. Multiple large supermarkets can be found in the surrounding cities (about 3 to 5 km). The closest nearest cities with all touristic options are Torre del Mar, Torrox and Nerja (about 5 to 15 km away). The big city of Malaga with an international airport, which is also flown to by cheap airlines, is 45 km away. The "white villages" in the mountains are also only a few kilometres away.

  • The weekly price during the Easter and Christmas holiday is € 445. The deposit is 30% of the rental price and is due immediately upon booking. The costs for water are charged according to weeks/person with 3 Euro. € 50 is due for final cleaning.

Es war ein super erholsamer und gemütlicher Urlaub mit unseren Hunden im Hause Casa Anita.
Das Haus liegt zwar nahe an der Straße, hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört.
Alles war ordentlich, sauber und super gemütlich.
<Netter Kontakt und alles hat reibungslos geklappt!
So wie man es sich wünscht.
Immer wieder ein Urlaub wert.
Sehr zu empfehlen!

liegt leider direkt an der Hauptstrasse

Die schönen Photos des Casa Anita im Internet liessen uns glauben, das Haus liege tatsächlich direkt am Meer. Aber es ist bloss angebaut an ein Haus, welches direkt am Meer liegt, und zwar zur Strassenseite hin. Da diese Hauptstrasse etwas erhöht liegt und ganz unmittelbar am Haus vorbeiführt, hat man den Lärm direkt in den Räumen. Lastwagen und Motorräder fahren leider häufig vorbei, auch bis tief in die Nacht.
Nichts für Ruhesuchende oder Romantiker. Zudem ist das Haus sehr klein und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, im Badezimmer kann man sich kaum drehen.

Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, im Meer grosse Sandbank, welche zum Schnorcheln und Muschelntauchen einlädt. Haus ist innen zwar klein aber sehr gemütlich und wunderbar renoviert, das grosse Bett meiner Meinung nach aber etwas hart. In beiden Orten neben Lagos gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, namentlich ein Lidl in Mezquitilla. Auf dem Weg nach Lagos lohnt sich ein Besuch in der weissen Stadt Salobreña, welche sich eindrücklich auf einem Hügel aus dem Meer präsentiert. Mein Hund war willkommen, er durfte auch mit an den Strand, alle Bewohner von Lagos sind sehr freundlich und tierlieb. Ich empfehle, ein Partyzelt mitzunehmen, da es dort auf dem Hausvorplatz nur einen Sonnenschirm gibt, und er nicht wirklich genug Schatten spendet für den Hund. Am Strand ist toller Wellengang welcher zu langen Badesessions einlädt, ist auch für den Hund toll, solange er eine Wasserratte ist :-) nachts kann man einen Leuchtturm von Afrika sehen... es waren tolle Ferien

Sehr sauber. Korrekte Abrechnung. Alle Versprechen eingehalten. Freundlicher Empfang. Einziger Abstrich: Die alte Küstenstrasse N 340 ist doch lauter als wir gedacht haben.
