Ca' Rustica, a former farmhouse, is surrounded by vineyards & meadows & is located in the middle of a nice, well-kept garden south of the Brenta estuary & the city of Chioggia. The holiday home consists of a semidetached house, which is equipped cosily & with partially old, beautiful furniture. The other half of the house is used during the weekends & the summer holidays by the owners. Ca' Rustica (120 m2) is designed for 4 to 6 people & goes over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a kitchen corner & a fireplace & another large living room with 2 sofa beds, each for 1 person, a two-bed room and a shower/bath. On the top floor you will find a double room & a second shower/bath. In front of the kitchen & in front of one of the living rooms you will find a terrace. The city of Chioggia is on the southern end of the lagoon of Venice and is referred to as "small Venice" because of the many canals, bridges, palaces and churches - it should definitely be visited.

Chioggia is located on the southern end of the lagoon of Venice and is named "small Venice" because of the many canals, bridges, palaces and churches. Nature lovers are welcome here in the biotope of the Po-delta - on foot, on a bicycle tour or by boat. Additionally, the city is an ideal starting point for discovering other cultural cities like Venice, Padua, Vicenza or Verona.
