This medieval tower with its lovely garden grounds is well suited for single unit occupation. Located in the health resort town of Acquasparta, you will find a multitude of shopping possibilities, restaurants, swimming pools, tennis courts, hospital, school, train station and access to major road routes. You have no noise, no train nor highway traffic sounds can be heard from the tower. There is a furnished terrace for relaxing and dining outdoors, as well as a private parking area. The owner's swimming pool is accessible just next door. All shops and restaurants, as well as the train station, are within walking distance, so a car is not really necessary. Description of the tower: Ground floor: Living room/kitchen with open fireplace and spiral staircase leading to the next level: Living room with sofa bed and spiral staircase leading to the 3rd floor: Double-bedroom and shower/WC. The tower is centrally heated and well furnished. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, no beach towels
