This family residence is located in the holiday quarter of Siofok, some 100 m from the lake and 600 m from the city centre. The three-storey residence was built in 2001.The room has an en-suite shower and toilet, TV and fridge. A kitchen and a dining room are also available to guests to use.

Siofok is one of the largest touristic centres in Hungary. It is the good transport connections and the shallow water along the beach that make the city an excellent bathing resort. Visitors will be able to relax and have a good time thanks to the soothing water of the lake, the prearranged programmes and a warm welcome. Our Siofok’s name brings up different memories and experiences in almost everyone; various images are connected to Siofok. All agree, however, that the city is exciting, interesting and colourful. It takes up 17 kms of the 70-km-long southern coast of Lake Balaton. Access is possible from Budapest on motorway M7, from Kaposvár on route 67 and from Nagykanizsa on route 70.

Our rates include:the usage of water, gas, electricity, bedlinen, parking in the garden, kitchen usage. Only city tax ist extra: Euro 1,5/day/adult
In high season (2.7.-21.8.) booking is possible from Saturday to Saturday. When you want to book 30 % deposit is required via bank transfer. We pay it back only when you tell off your reservation 2 month in advance. We do not take over the cost of transer.
Arrival from 2 pm and departure till 10 am.
At arrival you have to sign a registration form and our house rules. No towels. The rental along with the city tax must be paid at arrival. We do not pay the rental back after you have arrived at the house.
