The house is situated in a little street in the historical centre of Fermo close to the walls with possibility of nearby parking. You can find in the 1st floor the living room with cooking area and in the 2nd floor a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In the 3rd floor is another double bedroom leading to roof terrace. This is equipped with chairs, table, deckchairs and sunshade. All shopping facilities are 5 minutes from the house – chemist, optician, supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, bars. There is a bus stop for Porto San Giorgio also 5 minutes from the house.

In about 7 km distance to the Adrian Sea (Porto San Giorgio) this house is situated in the medieval town of Fermo with magnificent vista of the Sybelline Mountains and the sea. Fermo is a medieval town situated in the Marches half an hour south of Ancona. It contains a wonderful square by arches and its architecture includes many former palaces of the nobility. It is surrounded by numerous hilltop walled villages and defence towers. There is still a working existence of many old crafts-basket weaving, blacksmiths, shoemakers and potters. All shopping facilities are 5 minutes from the house – chemist, optician, supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, bars. There is a bus stop for Porto San Giorgio also 5 minutes from the house. Porto San Giorgio is the nearest small town on the sea (7 km from Fermo, 10 minutes by car). It is frequented mostly by Italian holidaymakers. Porto San Giorgio is composed of small turn of the century villas, a few hotels, bars, ice cream parlours.
