• Rental prices are for occupancy with two persons, each more person $100.00 per week, children up to 12 years stay free. The state of Florida charges 6 % sales tax and the county charges 5 % Tourist Tax to be added to the rental price. Final cleaning is $120.00, electric energy consumption to be charged extra with 0.10$ per KWH, at Christmas and Easter is a 14 day minimum stay and a 10 % surcharge.

Information about boat rentals

It's very easy to rent a boat, you just need a valid driving license and you must be over 21 years old. No special boat licence is necessary. The location of the villa is ideal for boat trips into the Gulf of Mexico as its location is very close to the sea. It takes only 5 minutes to be on Caloosahatchee River, so you haven't to travel long distances through canals and a boat lock. We have very good relationships to boat owners and can arrange boat rentals for any boat sizes. For inexperienced boaters and families we can offer a ponton boat with 115 HP, already available for 650 US$/week.+ US $ 120.00

Climate

In summer the air temperature is between 30 -35 C and the water temperature 26 - 30 C. The rest of the year air temperature is 23 - 28 C and the water temperature is always above 20 C. There are between 330 - 350 sunshine days in a year. The changing of the seasons is hardly recognisable and flowers and trees keep their green leaves throughout the year. Because the water in the gulf never falls below 20 C, there is swimming possible all year around
