The apartment, renovated at the beginning of 2006, is located in a small apartment house (7 apartments – built 2003) with lift. The house is directly situated at the Gulf of Mexico. A heated pool at the beach belongs to the resort. In addition enough sunloungers are available at the pool and beach. Especially mentionable are the plane, not overrun sandy beaches as well as the good location to the touristic attractions of the Tampa Bay Area and central Florida (Orlando).

Attractions in the surroundings (up to 30 miles)

The beaches of the region are the jewels of the gulf coast (e. g. Fort de Soto Park has been voted to one of the best beaches of the USA 2005). If enjoying the sun, going for a long walk or walking along the 34 mile Pinellas Trails, riding the bycicle or going inline skating... lots of activities are possible. You can go canoeing, can rent boats and jetskis for observing dolphins (at the beach or with a guided tour). A lot of museums (Salvadore Dali, Heritage Village, Museum of Science & Industry,...). We especially recommend the fun park Bush Gardens in Tampa. Besides various rounds in the roller coaster and shows the fun park offers a wunderful animal park. Additionally, a water slide park (Adventure Island), some zoos (e. g. Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa) and lots of Aqua parks and botanical gardens are reachable.

Also other famous attractions can be reached within a day excursion. Orlando (Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World) can be reached within 1.5 hours. Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Center) can be reached within 2.5 hours.
